We had tried other cleaning companies before we found Quiroga Cleaning and we've never looked back. They are the best! First off, the do really good work. So many times with other companies, you look around after they leave and wonder, "what did they do?" Not these guys. When they leave, my house looks incredible. And infinitely better than I could do myself. Which to be completely honest, is entirely the point. They are prompt and punctual, and are easily reached in case of emergency rescheduling. I've been a client for a year now and have the QC team over for cleanings every 2-2.5 months. Communication has been smooth and thorough. After the getting the process explained on the first booking phone call we communicate through text. We have a very very fluffy dog, a chow chow to be exact. When you mix the queen of shedding with carpets, you need to keep up with deep cleaning! They never miss a spot and get every little base board & window hairball that other previous crews have missed before. Their pricing is appropriate for the quality they deliver but to be transparent their total cost for our townhouse cleaning is higher that most crews I've worked with in the area by roughly $80. I wish i could give 6 stars. I had an amazing experience. Emmir and his team are wonderul! They were fast to respond with all messages. My house was spotless in avout 2.5 hours. We did deep clean. We have two huge dogs that are very hairy. My house has never looked this clean even when we moved in. I found this company through yelp looking for someone to help me get caught up on house cleaning after finally unpacking after buying our new townhouse and settling in. For us, it was more than just finding a company, it was finding the right fit for our dogs too. We have one dog who is deaf, she's skittish and doesn't do well with strangers and then her brother, also her ears, is very loveable but protective of his sister if she is scared. After talking with the owners son, he informed me that their family is very pet friendly and they have their own number of rescues at home. They showed up, greeted the dogs with treats and pets and won them over with ease! This was highly important to me because our special needs puppy is my number one priority. Back to the actual cleaning service though, impeccable! We had an have issue that once resolved blew out dust EVERYWHERE,the week before they came, they spent hours on the dust alone and I could not be more thankful. They were able to get a small rust stain off the kitchen sink that I had tried to clean off for months! Our flat top stove was sparkling again! They floors looked better than they did we moved in! This is what you're looking for. First of all, this company is run by a hands-on manager; not some stuffy disconnected suit and tie guy who doesn't have any idea what's actually going on when his moderately-shady employees show up to your house (some of you are nodding right now). OH no. This is a hands-on, efficient, professional team who work in tandem and are serious about their business. I love that. I hired these guys because their prices were really good and they were based in my area. The owner was willing to adjust their prices based on what I needed, and said he would discount his prices if the house wasn't too cluttered. Sweet. Little did I know what delightful surprises were to follow: First of all, FIVE people showed up to clean my house. Five. And they were ALL working hard. That cut the time down exponentially, and didn't cost me a dime extra. Wow. Let's talk about my floors. They're all hardwood. I've been swiffering them for years. They were dirty, but I wanted them to at least LOOK clean. I did not tell Quiroga that, and so, at no extra charge, they set about scrubbing them- by hand- until the wood had been restored to its original color. It was more like getting wood restoration than cleaning, and again- no extra cost. They also did a bunch of things that I wouldn't have noticed if they hadn't told me: they cleaned the cobwebs from my 20' high stair ceilings, they hand-washed the blinds and my plantation shutters, the list went on and on. The kitchen. Oh. My. God. I didn't even KNOW my stovetop was a reflective surface. I seriously thought it was matte- which means that my stove wasn't this clean when I bought the place. And this wasn't some "we showed the cabinets a damp rag" treatment- oh no- they were all hand-scrubbed until they were "I'd be comfortable using this cabinet door as a plate" clean. The bathrooms!!! Again, I wanted clean, and what I got was more like real estate restoration. That floor has never EVER been that clean. It's old linoleum and it was able to reflect the ceiling light it was so clean. Seriously, if you don't at least call this company you're letting yourself down. My wife and I called them only because we were having company over from out of town and were too tired (lazy) to do it ourselves. These guys were so good, and their prices so reasonable, I think I'm going to hire them on a semi-regular basis. After perusing all the reviews on Yelp, I went ahead and decided to call Quiroga Cleaning due to their consistent high reviews. I was looking for a nice deep house cleaning as a gift for my husband's birthday and after the first cleaning, that's where I was sold. The house smelled great when I arrived home and there were areas of our house that were clean that I didn't realize could be cleaner. Now mind you, my husband and I are pretty good at keeping our house clean and my husband is the neat freak. These cleaners are great! We have a large dog and although he is friendly, he's really large. They clean with him in the house, no need to put him in his crate, and he likes the crew! I have used Debbie and her family for many years. Unfortunately they just disappeared and Emmir stated it was a family emergency and said he could not clean my house based on prior issues with him. I told him I was happy for him to come and clean but he refused. Three months without any follow up until I posted this review. The total lack of communication (other than FB posts from Florida and Bolivia that anyone can see) after 3 months is disappointing. We have been using this service for a few months and couldn't be happier! The owners are very friendly and are easy to communicate with for whatever reason. Their philosophy is to bring a several person cleaning crew, so they are very quick and have everything down to a science. Our house is spotless and we look forward to their visit every other week! Our place hasnt been this clean since the day it was built! They had 5 people cleaning a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment for TWO HOURS. Very friendly and especially pet friendly. They moved furniture, cleaned baseboards, scrubbed doors, dusted everything. The place looks brand new. I could move out today any not have a bill for any cleaning! Looking forward to having them come on a regular basis to keep the place clean. Wow is all I can say. I just had my second cleaning, and I don't think I can say enough good things about them. They are polite, detail oriented, efficient, and THOROUGH. I had a different cleaning service in my last house, but over the years, their work had become sloppy, so when we moved, we looked at a new company. When my wife and I saw the highly rated Quiroga Cleaning, we figured we would give them a try, and we haven't been disappointed. They are pet friendly, so that's another huge plus for us. Anyway, they brought a large crew the first time and cleaned EVERYTHING - including our tooth brush holders. They clean everything, make beds, dust, vacuum, and REALLY hand wipe baseboards.
