Clean out apartment to get deposit back. They stayed in contact before arrival, during service and afterwards. Very professional and friendly. Worth money. Did excellent job. Thank you! read more

I hired this company for a move-out deep clean of my 450 sq. ft. studio, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. They were scheduled to arrive between 9-10am, but by 10.30am I still hadn't heard from them. After calling multiple times, I finally got a response an hour later, and they told me they had a flat tire and would arrive by 1pm. They did show up just after 1pm, but then, less than an hour later, they called to say they were finished. When I checked the apartment, it was clear the place was far from clean. There were multiple areas that had been missed or barely touched. There was dog hair all over the baseboards (like they had just been smeared around with a dirty rag), the blinds never got cleaned at all, there was still food platters on the kitchen cabinets and backsplash, and there was still mold in the shower. When I pointed this out to Manuel, he had an attitude and stated these were 'wear and tear' areas that wouldn't clean. When I insisted I could clean the bathroom better he asked one of the staff to go reclean the bathroom and she went into the bathroom and slammed the door and locked it--completely unprofessional. In the end, I paid $166 instead of $180 (a 10% discount for them being hours late), but it still felt like a waste of money because I ended up redoing most of the cleaning myself. This is rental property that I was listing for sale so I had stagers that were set to come right after (which I stated when I booked). Their timeline was pushed super late due to the unreliability of this cleaning company. If you're looking for reliable, professional service, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. read more

They did a great job. I don't know what they used on my stainless steel appliances but they look great!! Very affordable as well!

I booked Spotless Cleaners for a deep clean of my uncle's house. It had been about two years since it had been professionally cleaned. I told them it was about 4,000 sqft. They quoted 420 dollars, and they would clean everything. They arrived 15 minutes late and only had two cleaners. I knew they could not do the whole house in the 4-5 hours that was expected. I only have them clean the main areas far less than 4,000 sqft. Around 4 hours, I reached out but got no response. Therefore, we came home. They were far from done! It took about 5.5 hours, and they did not complete everything. The cabinets were not cleaned off, the counter and tables were not wiped down, the curtains and blinds weren't dusted, the walls where I had pointed out weren't washed, and the doors were not wiped. They worked hard, but they needed help and more time. We paid them the total amount and gave them a tip, but I wouldn't book them again. read more

Manuel is just an amazing person. Happy to see new local businesses that are trying to break into market. He is very detailed and very courteous and professional. Still found a lot of dirt and dust after the "deep" cleaning. They seemed to finish too quickly to do a thorough job and charged more than other companies. read more

I booked Spotless Maid Cleaning for a deep clean for my house and they did an excellent job!! After my husband passed away it became incredibly hard to maintain the cleaning around the house as a single mother and provider for my two kids. We had a little bit of a hoarding problem and Manuel was beyond kind and supportive throughout the process. He explained that they first needed to declutter, organize, and then clean to be able to transform my home into a welcoming and more habitable space. The ladies spent 7 hours servicing my home and did not stop for a single moment. They are truly hardworking cleaners that care about providing a great service to customers. Some of the things that stood out to me was that they were willing to help me declutter. I tried booking with other cleaning companies and they simply refused to service my home due its condition. I was able to point out the things I needed to keep vs throw out and this made things very seamless. Also, they did incredible job at helping me deep clean my bathrooms and remove the pet order smell from my living room and bedrooms. Since they serviced my home, my family and I feel great about spending time together in our home. The price was very accommodating and they charged me a flat rate which was very valuable to me as a customer since it was a big effort. In addition, they took great care of the things around my home and went out of their way to make sure everything was well organized. I highly recommend you book your cleaning with Manuel and his company. Especially if you're a busy parent or working professional. Having someone that speaks perfect English service your home is great as there was never any confusion. All their products are pet and child safe, which is essential in every home. The cleaning crew arrived within their 1 hour time window and were very communicative throughout the process including prior to servicing your home, which was nice because we did need to reschedule due a personal commitment of mine. They provide easy and flexible booking which is hard to find these days since most cleaning companies will charge a cancellation fee. Once they finished I was able to pay electronically through an online payment portal where I was able to reference my invoice. Lastly, thank you so much for helping me transform my home it has given me the opportunity to keep things more organized and cleaned to live a more happy life with my family. read more

I appreciated the reasonable cost and the excellent communication. However, my condo was supposed to receive a deep cleaning. I was disappointed to see several areas neglected. While the owner was open to coming back to make things right, I settled for a partial refund. Unfortunately, there is never a second chance to make a first impression. read more

This was the first time I used Spotless, and I would certainly do so again! The estimate was quick and correct, and the team was punctual, thorough, kind, and careful. read more

Manuel and his team are wonderful to work with! He is responsive, professional, and has a keen eye for detail. Each cleaning we do a pre-cleaning walkthrough to discuss all areas of the home and address any spaces that need special attention. The services they provide are 5 star and they always deliver! We love the little details they leave, from arranging our children's books to folding our newly washed sheets before they leave. They always arrive on time and are happy to accommodate our weekend appointments. So happy to have found them! read more

This is my first time ever getting a cleaning service done and I was impressed. They arrived ten minutes earlier to get a head start and a pre-cleaning walk through. Manuel was very kind and was responsive whenever I had a question or concern. The pre-cleaning walk, helped so that Manuel could point out the areas that needed to be cleaned more thoroughly to his team members. The service was phenomenal especially our walk in shower has never looked better! They left a cute tissue bow tie by my night stand, made the bed and made our bed with the cleaned washed sheets. In our townhome we have sectional couches that need to be de-attached to move and clean underneath. Manuel and his team members stayed behind overtime to help me vacuum the carpet rug and underneath the sectional couches. They were heavy, and I really appreciate them doing that! The only place that hasn't been vacuum was the floor in our pantry closet in the kitchen. It is on me that I didn't check the closet during the cleaning walk through, but other than that everything else is phenomenal! Highly recommend! Especially getting a one time deep clean service for the first service is a bonus, comes with ten percent discount! read more

Done once, not going back to them. Expensive and didn't deliver what asked for, fans still unclean, floors still has spots.

The team was on-time and incredibly thorough. I appreciated the walkthrough when they first arrived to talk through expectations. Would definitely hire again. read more
