Love the snow with ice cream added. I always get tigers blood mixed with blueberry or something the opposite flavor. Staff is always nice except for the few times they were on their phone instead of acknowledging customers. The flavored snow actually has flavor compared to other places I've tried and it's all around delicious!! read more

Came here for a funnel cake and definitely did not leave disappointed! I couldn't choose between the funnel cake or deep fried Oreos. I decided I'll have the Oreos next time. Shared a couple of flavors of the shaved ice. I preferred the blue raspberry, but the berry cherry wasn't bad either. Tried this place for the first time (at their location next to the $3 theater in Bartlett). It was nice & clean inside with plenty of seating. I was bummed because they did not have high chairs & I had a 2 & 1 year old in tow. There was a small line & 2 workers. The line/pay area was a bit crowded & could use some revising. Probably not an issue if there are only a couple customers, but anything more than that will create a bottleneck. The service was a little slow & it was very warm in there due to the large deep fryer. The prices for snow cones & ice cream were very reasonable. They also sell other sweets: candy, caramel apples & other chocolate dipped items. I had a mini strawberry lemonade snow cone which was tasty & just the right size. We also bought a small soft serve vanilla cup & another small snow cone which was more than enough. I would go back for another snow cone. I'm glad we have this place in Bartlett. read more

$3.25 for one piece of fudge. It was very stale and hard and had to be cut with a knife to even be able to bite it. I've never had fudge that had to be cut with a knife before being able to eat it. It was old and stale and hard. I would be ashamed to sell a chunk of chocolate flavored concrete to a consumer and call if fudge --- and certainly not at that price. Very disappointed and unimpressed. Take my suggestion and go buy a Reese's candy the next time you want something sweet. read more

My husband and I stopped for cones with our two dogs. I had a twist in a waffle come and my husband had the Butterfinger. We also tried the funnel cake. Everything tasted amazing and the owner was extremely nice and even said he's working on recipes for frozen dog treats. We will be back with our pups! read more

It was nice and filling. Great service. My waffled desert was beautiful and smelled divine. I almost crashed driving home as my car filled with the aroma of warm fresh waffle. My mouth watered as I entered the house and I couldn't wait to dig in, and the first bite...Mmm, um okay...2ND bite and again somehow until the last bite my taste buds didn't quite match the aesthetic expectations. Gorgeous dessert but it left me thinking down to the last bite that I could so make this at home. It could be improved if....it was a simple sweet desert that could be done at a waffle station with a basic waffle recipe. Nothing special about the dough. I thought there had to be something that I'm just missing. I didn't like their shaved ice. Mine was dry and not very flavorful. I also got a caramel apple that was really good. The wait was long because the car in front couldn't decide what they wanted but even still they didn't apologize for the wait. That's customer service. This place is so bomb!!! I first tried It a few months ago on a rainy day and it was well worth leaving the house. The owner is the one who helped us; he seemed to be such a sweet guy too. We've been here many times since last year's opening. The flavored snow/ice cream is great! But my favorite is the waffle. In particular, they waffle topped with biscoff spread, bananas, pecans, and whipped cream. It is very filling and could probably satisfy two individuals. There are other versions, and they are all worth the wait that it takes to make them. The service is always outstanding. read more
