Poorest customer service I've ever received from a "sweet" business. The base and tone in the "owner's " voice when providing service was beyond rude and made me feel like I was bothering him. It changed my entire positive mood of wanting to try their treats as well as future catering opportunities being a party planner. There wasn't a crowd and I didn't provoke such behavior so I don't know what was wrong with the guy. No food should have crumbs from the others foods especially when they are no wear near each other in the display case. *Bringing a tub of ice cream from the back to sample in unacceptable. Get creative and think of away to display what you offer. *Customer facing employees' uniforms should never be in disarray. No holes in the shirts, never should it have multiple stains. *When I look at the raspberry snow ice, I should not see traces of other favors of ice from using the same spoon. Do like the other ice cream shops and get multiple scoopers or a hot water tray to rinse in between flavors. *Why are there empty Frost Cupcake Shop boxes in the establishment. This place was busy but the two employees worked hard and fast to get people served. I would have given 5 stars but I had a coupon to buy one snow get one free but was only given 7% off. There isn't any options in the Cordova area to fill that desire so I drove to Bartlett to see what was good with Q Sweets. It was nice and bright making it easy to spot from the street. I got a speciality funnel cake and a white chocolate caramel apple (for later). It's hard to mess up funnel cake (but some places manage to do the impossible) but there's was good! Not too hard, not too soft. There were a few candy options sold by the pound. Not the most extensive selection but enough. The staff was nice. Next time I'll try the ice cream. read more

I was a bit overwhelmed by the size of the flavored snow ice they gave me when I ordered a large with ice cream added, but managed to finish it all and was very satisfied. If snow ice isn't something you're craving for at the moment, then you can choose from other various dessert items on the menu where you can customize to add different toppings.
