Overall solid 4.5/5 - solid food & vibes. Prices on the upper end given casual eats but still worth. Food - chicken sandwich was delicious with fresh ingredients! Not too heavy - good balance of sauce matched with lots of fresh dill and good-sized chunks of veggies. The freshness of their chewy bread also added great texture to the meal! Potato with gochujang aioli also solid. Service - largely self service but no inconveniences! Ambiance - very cute and cozy interior. Unfortunately it was raining when we visited but I can imagine how good the vibes could be when weather is better!

What a hidden gem! We stopped at Quinnie's on our way to Hudson and I'm so happy we did. The location is beautiful renovated farm property with plenty of parking space. The restaurant itself is so quaint and adorably decorated. There is a full coffee bar, pasties, and an incredible sandwich menu with sides. We ordered the chicken salad and tuna + peppers sandwiches with the spicy potatoes on the side. The food was 10/10! The tuna sandwich was fresh and the bread was perfect, my friend really liked the chicken salad as well. The spicy potatoes were delicious, a must try if you're a gochujang fan! I ordered an iced oatmilk latte, it was good nothing special. The service was good as well. The only thing is the pricing, definitely on the high end for a sandwich and portion sizes. That being said, I would come back!

Lucky we chanced on this place driving back to NYC from the Berkshires! This is an absolutely adorable converted farmhouse, which is now a restaurant/grocery/coffee shop/hang out. They have such delicious food, particularly their sandwiches (all were tasty). There biscuits are also top-tier. They have some seating inside, as well as picnic tables outside. There's a small specialty grocery inside that serves thoughtfully curated goods. They have an assortment of tinned fish, and some great local beers (like Suarez Family Brewery). Last time we bought some tinned fish and consumed it on campus (pretty sure that's ok, although we didn't ask) - along with some wine which they sell there. It was a perfect pit stop! This is going to become a regular stop for me whenever I am driving through!

Pickled eggs.

Hands down one of my favorite stops for lunch. While the chicken salad sandwich is hard to beat there are also fantastic vegetarian options and fun specials. Also who doesn't love a Mortadella sandwich! Being recently gluten free means that I ask for everything over greens and they're more than happy to oblige. Coffees are always top notch and I've had a cheeky cocktail more than once! They're always running fun events - burger and martini night; karaoke; oyster fest and more. Sometimes I just come in for a cup of broth because it's exactly what I want to warm up on a bitterly cold winters day. I love Quinnie's and the staff, the house is an amazing historical find that has been lovingly restored to create a beautiful farm house style environment. Pro tip: if they have the pickled eggs get them, and the interior lighting is incredible for photos as well.

Surprisingly tasty food, many drink options (cafe, beer & cider, various soft drinks), lovely staff, and ample outdoor seating. Many people bring their cute, well-behaved dogs or small children. Vegetarian options are limit but very solid - they don't feel like an afterthought. The eggplant sandwich is divine and the chickpea and beet salad is scrumptious. Prices are a bit higher than expected (on par with Hudson) but not unreasonable. Sandwiches are mostly about $15, a few bucks less for breakfast sandos, a few more for the more complex/fancy meat ones. Basic cocktails are $12-13. If you like bold flavors and good times in a chill, casual environment, Quinnie's is your spot! I especially appreciated the all-are-welcome ethos and outright queer-friendliness. If Rev is/was your favorite coffee shop in Hudson, Quinnie's might be your new favorite breakfast/lunch spot in the area! And yes, they can cater events!

My girlfriend and I came off of a great hike. We were both hungry. We stopped at Quinnie's for the first time and we had the chicken salad sandwich and it was so off the charts good still thinking about it. Beautiful facility old 1700 house everyone that worked there is super friendly and knowledgeablewill be back again

the food is pretty mediocre, lacks seasoning and flavor. Don't come here if you want good coffee.

Hudson Roastery - Organic Egg Sandwich!

I ordered a coffee in a to-go cup but wanted to sit down and drink some of it for a bit before I…read moreleft, so I asked if that was ok. The person I asked seemed to think this was a bizarre question but ultimately decided it was fine, as long as I could find a seat. Her tone would indicate that this was a near impossible task despite the shop having a population of exactly 6, but I managed to find one since I can identify what several empty chairs look like. I found it strange that I was waiting there for about 10 minutes, especially since the coffee I ordered was iced, but found it far more concerning that I was dumb enough to wait an additional 10 minutes after that before investigating. It turns out that there had been a cup of coffee poured, placed at the counter far from my seat, and in a position that was completely obstructed from my vision. It appeared to be iced as well. I asked if it was my coffee (since no one called my name, and if they did they didn't call it a second time) and was given "yeah" as an answer, presented in the manner one might respond to someone if they asked if we live on Earth. I had already sat for far longer than I intended to so I left, and luckily I was outside at this point because the coffee sucked and I was able to spit it out. I could have done that in the store too, but that would be impolite.

The shop offers everything you want or need: comfy seating, warm environs, genuinely friendly and attentive service, delicious from-scratch foods and beverages, and good prices. The trays of homemade baked goods coming straight out of the kitchen looked and smelled wonderful, too. Hudson Roastery is really good at what it does. I highly recommend it!

My family felt a bagel would make a great mid-morning breakfast/early lunch option, so we gave Hudson Bagels a try. Each of us was quite pleased with our experience! The fella that greeted us upon entering was nice and helpful in guiding our selections. The bagels were fresh and as good as any NYC bagel I have ever eaten. My family and I couldn't have been happier with our visit. The only downside was the limited amount of indoor seating available, but that's not a complaint--rather, just something to know if you're planning of stopping in for a bagel. If the weather is cold, the outdoor seating isn't likely an option. I highly recommend Hudson Bagels! If I ever make it back to Hudson, I'll visit this shop again! :-)

We left the job site Un thrilled as we headed for the chain coffee shop for a hotdog. As I passed Hudson Bagels, I said to my partner "do you want a bagel sandwich instead". He said why not....and I am glad we did. It's a cute little place that is welcoming and very clean. The guy behind the counter was friendly and helpful. He immediately suggested their smash burger. He talked me into a double (they are small) loaded. I have to say it was perhaps the best burger I've ever paid for. In fact I think it rivals my grilled burgers. This is a place I would drive an hour to have a burger lunch with a friend. OUTSTANDING burger. I never got a chance to try their bagels. Not sure when I go back if I would at all be interested in a bagel knowing they have that burger on the menu. Highly recommend this place.

I tried three items: the blueberry corn cookie, maple cruller, and the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. All were fantastic. The corn cookie was a novelty. It was crumbly and slightly gritty, as corn pastries tend to be. It wasn't too sweet. Although I'm glad I tried it, the cookie pales in comparison to the cruller, which was deliciously sweet, with crisp edges and a soft, custardy interior. The sandwich was great, as well. The eggs were fluffy, the bun soft, the bacon thick and crisp. It was good! If you're visiting Hudson, make this your first stop!

Juicy deliciously spiced chicken is here!!…read more Very focused menu here and I love that.. means what they offer is what they do really well. Rotisserie chicken is their thing. You can get the whole chicken, half or quarter. For me, quarter was more than enough. If you get a quarter chicken, you get two sides. If you get half a chicken, then you get three sides. I feel like it should be the opposite to offset the amount of food. But honestly it was perfect, still a big portion. For sides, they offer crispy fingerling potatoes, cole slaw, market salad and butter rice. Their Cole slaw is amazing with that poppyseed dressing. And salad had a variety of greens and crunchy toppings with a light dressing. Also! The plate comes with two sauces - spicy chili oil (mild) and yogurt dip. It was all SO FREAKING GOOD. I'm a dipper so bring on the sauce! The drink offering is also abundant. Lots of craft sodas, botanical drinks, coffees and a full bar in the back. Ghia hit the spot for me. It's not cheap but for this quality of food it's more than worth it. For the vibe..it's a confused vibe. You order at the counter and sit down with a number to wait for your food. The decor is eclectic which I thought was fun. But the music.. it went from country to weird edm dance music. I think Kittys can gain a lot from a curated playlist. Sitting there I felt curious and excited to be immersed more but it wasn't giving.
