This might be an unpopular opinion but they have the best chicken sandwich too even over popeyes and the others. The fries themselves are the best offered at any burger chain. Crispy outside and soft inside make a perfect standard cut French fry. The burger is a thin fried patty done to well and as such is not real juicy but Five Guys does it well. The bun is thick and adequately soft but not too soft so you don't have to worry about loading up on sauces. The service is counter service but no complaints here. The staff was friendly enough for me. I recommend Five guys for an occasional experience.

The last couple of times we've visited, customer service has left plenty to be desired. The employee at the cash register doesn't even look up to acknowledge customers and they look unhappy to be there. The salsa bar sometimes isn't available for some reason, so you have to wait until they're not busy to ask for it. The space itself also seems like it is not being maintained well. The main door and the door to the patio make a huge banging door when it closes, which is disruptive when eating inside. We've also placed pickup orders through DoorDash, which sounds convenient until they get the orders wrong. I hate having to be that person opening the bags in front of them to make sure it's accurate, but I'll have to do it from now on. We ordered a wet burrito and they didn't include the queso. The birria tacos didn't include the broth. We paid $2 for salsa and got two tiny packets instead of the big container shown on the picture in the DoorDash menu. I went back to get the missed items and the employee shrugged while reluctantly informing me they were out of broth. I asked if they were out of the ingredients or if they just needed to make some. She said the latter so I asked how long it would take them to do so. She didn't even respond and walked away, continuing to work on other orders. I asked the cook in Spanish about it and she said they did have broth, but the employee at the register forgot to heat it up, so it was cold. Once she came back I told her I would take it as is since I'd probably have to heat up my entire meal at that point anyway. She gave me the saddest consomé ever with no flavor at all. At least she did say "sorry about that" before I left.
