That was three days ago and these charges are still in place. I've called their support line multiple times, reached out through the app and even went back to the store where I purchased gas to see if they could fix it. Now I'm getting overdrafts. Their only response is "it can take up to ten days for the charges to be reversed." That's not acceptable. If I walked out of their store with merchandise I didn't pay for I could be arrested. But they can post fraudulent charges and it's legal?? I'll never make a purchase at K&G again!

Kudos to the guys working here, they always seem to be smiling and having a good time. Their coffee is pretty decent and cheap. The Mocha Charger is yummy. They always have some kind of deals or promotions going on like 2 monsters for $5 or 2 candy bars for $2. Also, the last time I came in I noticed a sign that says that Kum & Go is the only convenience store that participated in the U.S Green Building Council's LEED Volume program. Pretty nifty to be environmentally friendly!

We rarely buy lottery tickets, so we were unsure of what to do. We called Oklahoma Lottery, and they told us that the gas stations should be able to key in the ticket number. The staff at this Kum & Go were very helpful. They were the first gas station that actually knew that the ticket numbers could be keyed into the system, and they were willing to try. We finally cashed out on our $12 winnings!

It's been getting worse and worse over the years and 6 months ago they had someone come "patch" a few places but, even that needs to be replaced. Three whole parking lot needs to be redone!
