Of course, all the employees are well aware of this and are so kind to make sure some of my favorites are available for when I come in. Today when i stopped in for my usual ice refill, I was presented with a bouquet of blow-pops tucked in a little flowerpot along with some rolled up dollar bills! That was three days ago and these charges are still in place. I've called their support line multiple times, reached out through the app and even went back to the store where I purchased gas to see if they could fix it. Now I'm getting overdrafts. Their only response is "it can take up to ten days for the charges to be reversed." That's not acceptable. If I walked out of their store with merchandise I didn't pay for I could be arrested. But they can post fraudulent charges and it's legal?? I'll never make a purchase at K&G again!

We rarely buy lottery tickets, so we were unsure of what to do. We called Oklahoma Lottery, and they told us that the gas stations should be able to key in the ticket number. The staff at this Kum & Go were very helpful. They were the first gas station that actually knew that the ticket numbers could be keyed into the system, and they were willing to try. We finally cashed out on our $12 winnings!
