The pharmacy here is atrocious when it comes to customer service. Waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru line for allergy medication just for them to tell me that they don't process transactions for such in the drive thru. So when I walk in, I politely ask the male manager (Caucasian, brown hair, clean cut, 30-35 years old) the reasoning for this CVS policy. The pharmacy manager answers me very condescendingly "Weeeeeeeell, it is a C fiiiiiiiiiive." And my next question was "What is a C-5?" I didn't want to argue with anyone at that time, as I was heavily congested and had difficulty speaking (much less breathing). I had presumed at this point that it was an Oklahoma law or something, yet the pharmacy manager couldn't coherently even mention anything close to that for response. It was interesting, given that the others in line before me were spoken to politely, whereas I was not even after approaching him politely. Not a problem. I'll find the nearest Walgreens or Walmart next time when I'm in town. Definitely not here ever again. read more

I wanted to know if a certain anti-itch product was back in stock, as they were out, last week. The robot answered and wasted my time for ten minutes. I tried again, and hit zero. Robot could not understand it was not about a prescription or injection. Zero didn't work, nor my request to speak to a person. It's a ten mile round trip, and a simple question.....could not even communicate with them. VERY POOR SERVICE. I'll find somewhere else for sure! read more

This CVS used to be awesome and the pharmacy was open for 24 hours making it so easy to drive up to the window at my convenience to pickup any of my many prescriptions. About 8 years ago I moved all of my prescriptions and my spouse did also because the pharmacy at this CVS location was open 24/7 and the customer service was awesome. However, recently things at this location has changed and they now close at 11:00pm. It wasn't uncommon for me to pickup my meds around 2:00am before these changes. Recently I arrived at the pickup window in the drive through at about 10:35pm. There were no vehicles in front of me. I waited and it was about 15 minutes before an employee came to the window to provide services. I do hope this CVS location will make the necessary changes to again become the go to place for all of our prescriptions but if things don't get better soon I will take my business to another pharmacy. read more

Ever since the removal of a 24 hour service, this pharmacy location has been a nightmare logistically. Now I find myself having my medication pushed back later and later due to, "the system being off count." I've received three different dates of availability of pickup in 4 days. I'm not sure whose job it is to perform inventory and ordering, but they either need remedial training or to be replaced. The sad part is, this isn't the first time. read more

Do not use this place. They will give you the wrong prescription and the refuse to refund your money once they hand you the bottle. How are you aupppaed to know it is wrong until you see what's in the bottle? Strongly suggest another pharmacy! read more

My doctor called in my prescriptions 11:45. I was at CVS to pick them up at the drive through at 12:30. I was told they were not ready. They suggested I pull into the parking lot and they would text me in about 15 or 20 minutes when they were ready. I did that. I waited for 45 minutes still had not received a text so I drove back up to the window and they were ready . I suspect that they had been for a while. I did not get a text from them until I got home about 2:15 saying they were ready! This is completely unacceptable. This tells me that pharmacy at this CVS is inefficient and that they don't care about their customers. We will likely be changing pharmacies. read more

Time after time I've given them a chance and I'm done this time. Spouse is on mounjaro for diabetes. Called Monday morning to see if his rx was ready. Man said to call back after 3. Stopped in at 3:30 and the kid behind the counter was lazy and had for be pushed to even ask if it had come in. Then I asked if they had the lesser amount and he pretty much refused to even check. Told me there was a nationwide shortage. But when I told him we were going out of state he suggested I fill it when I get to my destination. Well I thought there was a nationwide shortage??? Why would I leave town and take a chance before I just call the doctor and get it dropped back down? But that only works if you can tell me if you have it in stock. Still refused to find out. Moved all our RX to Sams. Not only did they have it in stock but she said she would at least give me an expected date if they didn't. And all this on a phone call so wonder why it was so easy for her to find out what they had? Better customer service is my guess. read more

Lady was helpful and friendly. She helped me with my passport picture with no issue. She even asked me if I like it or want to retake it, and when the picture printed, she carefully looked over it to make sure it was perfect, not just an "ok" picture quality. read more

Probably one of the worst run pharmacies I've ever been to. They have gotten my prescriptions mixed up with others more than once. Most of the staff have no idea what they are doing. Most of the time I will come for pick up when it says it will be ready on the app, but when I get there they say it will still be a few hours. Save yourself and pick up your prescriptions somewhere else. read more

I have used CVS in Owasso for a couple of years because they are cheaper on my particular prescription than Walgreens. I really do not think it's the fault of the staff in the pharmacy as much as it is the company and possibly the manager. The pharmacy is not staffed with the appropriate number of pharmacists nor PTs to allow timely processing of prescriptions. At times I have seen them completely emotionally worn out from being overwhelmed. The calls are honestly never answered in a timely manner, they have honestly never had a prescription on time unless you call at 4-5 AM. I do feel it fair to add that I have a prescription at Walgreens also and I can call it in, get the text it's ready and pick it up all within 30 minutes. CVS won't answer the phone in 30 minutes. If you're think of using CVS in Owasso please understand that you can't be in a hurry for your prescription. But you will get friendly service most of the time. read more

CVS in Owasso typically takes longer than any other pharmacy in town. This would be understandable if they quoted this time to when you drop off. My most recent trip here I was quoted 20 min for my prescription and that I would receive a phone call when it was ready. An hour and a half later I called the pharmacy and my call went unanswered. So I called back ten minutes later, no answer. So I drove up there and was told it would be 5 more minutes. Two hours after my drop off and estimated 20 minute wait I got my prescription. That was very disrespectful of my time and did not appreciate it. read more
