I asked the cashier if they by chance had a coupon because my purchase was greater than $80 she stated that no there was no coupons but that I could check my email I had told her I had accidentally deleted my email this morning but I know that they can utilize some of the coupons to bring down the cost especially when it's a repeat a customer and a customer who has already a loyalty account of which she saw. She kept saying sorry we're just not in Charleston we're in Oklahoma and we don't have here the coupons that you may have at home- i'm sorry but if you are a retail business in a chain add that shouldn't you have the same exact things at all the stores all your employees wear the same uniform why can you follow the same policy? I paid for my purchase and I left I also asked about a pride candle holder that they had and she stated that I could get it online if I wanted to in the case that it breaks and I thanked her and said that was fine but you could tell that she was very standoffish just because I am wearing my pride bracelet wearing my pride shirt and letting people know that I am actually a lesbian.
