She took the time to explain what happens to most real flowers when you try to dye them blue (they don't fully bloom) and recommended blue silk flowers. The majority of the blue flowers were silk and they looked so beautiful! We went with her to her warehouse to hand pick which type of real florals/greenery we wanted, which was honestly so fun. She created mock bouquets so we could tweak them and we ended up with the most gorgeous mixture of real/silk. She not only did all of the beautiful florals and greenery, she also decorated the stairs and did our centerpieces! I highly recommend working with Lisa and the Vintage Rose for your wedding day!

We went on our lunch break one day and I'm so glad I decided to go with her since I'd never been because there is so much cool stuff here! The selection of shirts here with everything from a simple Oklahoma logo to a funny saying about being an Okie or a Tulsan is quite impressive. As a typical souvenir shop, the knick knacks here range from keychains to cups to household items to local products like honey and such. I really enjoyed the selection of locally made items and the variety of colors all over the store. They sell beverages, candies, and other tasty looking items. There were several baby things so if you needed a baby shower gift or gift for a kid this would be a great place to check out. My family and friends that are from Tulsa and Oklahoma are pretty proud to be from here so realistically this is a great place for gifts in general. Would be a fun place to bring a kid too because of all the fun little candies and knick knacks. I have to say I knew they sold shirts here because I've seen people around Tulsa wearing shirts with the Ida Red logo on the back, but I had no idea what to expect when I showed up. From cool to kitsch, from funny to puzzling, Ida Red's has it all. I will confess to Ida's not being the kind of place I would envision myself shopping at, but that's because I'm old, stodgy and a general curmudgeon. So I was pleasantly surprised and amused with Ida's. Overall, a really neat place with TONS of local craft merchandise. Now that I have a better idea of their offerings, I can plan a trip back, knowing what I'm looking for.

After installing them on Sunday May 2nd around 3:15 I successfully inflated 3 of the 4 tires. The 4th tire was defective. It was something as simple as a pinched tube. I went to the Broken Arrow, OK location because it is closer to my house. I brought the complete defective tire/caster with me for just a simple exchange for one in working condition. The clerk called over a woman by the name of Lisa. Lisa informed me that all returns and exchanges required a receipt. I asked her if she could just call the other location to verify the purchase, rather than forcing me to drive 23 miles and about 30 minutes of my time for proof that I did in fact purchase a defective product. She told me that "they" are told from "high up" to enforce this policy of yours. She further explained to me that if she accepted this exchange she would be "written up". So I drove the distance for a receipt, then drove to my residence and then back to the location to make a full refund of all 4 tires. If I am going to be treated like this, I do not want you to have my business. When I did drive all the way back to Owasso, Jeanie was deeply apologetic for my inconvenience of dealing with this because I was sold a defective product and that I was being treated this way. On my return visit to the Broken Arrow location Marie just glanced at the receipt and promptly gave me a full refund. She offered the receipt back to me, but I had already made a copy for my records. Total cost of your pneumatic tires: $97.98 Miles driven: 50 Time wasted from being turned down for an exchange: 2.5 hours Savings from purchasing 10" pneumatic casters from a competitor: $29.82 And if I did get a defective product, I can just simply show my emailed receipt.
