I asked the cashier if they by chance had a coupon because my purchase was greater than $80 she stated that no there was no coupons but that I could check my email I had told her I had accidentally deleted my email this morning but I know that they can utilize some of the coupons to bring down the cost especially when it's a repeat a customer and a customer who has already a loyalty account of which she saw. She kept saying sorry we're just not in Charleston we're in Oklahoma and we don't have here the coupons that you may have at home- i'm sorry but if you are a retail business in a chain add that shouldn't you have the same exact things at all the stores all your employees wear the same uniform why can you follow the same policy? I paid for my purchase and I left I also asked about a pride candle holder that they had and she stated that I could get it online if I wanted to in the case that it breaks and I thanked her and said that was fine but you could tell that she was very standoffish just because I am wearing my pride bracelet wearing my pride shirt and letting people know that I am actually a lesbian. Shame on this Bath and body Works I'm really disappointed I will never come back to this Bath and Bodyworks I would rather go to the mall them to come to Utica Square it is not all the hype everybody made it out to be!

The shop is very cute inside, there are tons of scents to choose from, and the employees were so great at explaining everything and helping us blend our scents and make our unique candles. They have alcoholic beverages and mocktails available for sale as well which was really nice. The candles are usually ready within a few hours, and then ready to light in 5-7 days after the oils have really set into the wax. You can also return with your empty Wick & Flame jar to refill it for a discount!!! This place is perfect for date night, friends getting together, bridal or baby showers! Everything really. We went on our lunch break one day and I'm so glad I decided to go with her since I'd never been because there is so much cool stuff here! The selection of shirts here with everything from a simple Oklahoma logo to a funny saying about being an Okie or a Tulsan is quite impressive. As a typical souvenir shop, the knick knacks here range from keychains to cups to household items to local products like honey and such. I really enjoyed the selection of locally made items and the variety of colors all over the store. They sell beverages, candies, and other tasty looking items. There were several baby things so if you needed a baby shower gift or gift for a kid this would be a great place to check out. My family and friends that are from Tulsa and Oklahoma are pretty proud to be from here so realistically this is a great place for gifts in general. This language has been legally-required since 1986. Since the product is time-sensitive, they have withheld my product for nearly 15% of a year! They talk about valuing customer trust, but don't even say "sorry!"
