    The owner Mandy and I
    Audree' B.

So usually when you go to a beauty shop they have a certain smell and is stuffy. They also are tightly packed and unable to move around. If you hate everything that I just stated above, look no further than Mandy's. This is a black owned business and she is there on site to help assist you in whatever your needs maybe. The supply store is fully stocked and clean. There are clear walk paths and the store is organized according by maker and needs. While in the store they offer a drawing and also make you feel like long time friends. When coming to Mandy's make sure to take a friend with you.

I read an article on Tulsa People about them so I decided to stop by. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by J.T. (Aka Jetara). She was so welcoming and immediately started sharing all about the business. One of their most popular products is their brow duo, a compact case with brow powder, sculpting creme, and mirror. She found the perfect shade for me and did a demo. The difference was very noticeable! The powder has jojoba oil so it conditions the brows and the creme has castor oil which promotes hair growth. They offer waxing services and have fun events throughout the year. Check their website to see what's coming up: a Galentine's event, a foundation workshop, even a brow brunch! I bought a lip gloss that hydrates and is non-sticky. They also promote local businesses. I bought a great scented candle from Tudda & Toots. The strawberries and cream was my favorite. This is a woman and Black owned business focused on offering clean and vegan products while targeting underserved markets and gaps in representation. LAMIK stands for Love and Makeup in Kindness. Their founder, Kim Roxie, moved from Texas to Tulsa after being accepted into the Build in Tulsa Accelerator program. You can find their products on their website, Ulta.com, JCPenney, and H&M.

I have sensitive skin and always leave with a glow up that stays for days. Best part, my skin doesn't break out at any point afterwards, just stays look hydrated! On top of her such a healing, grounded energy - Rica is constantly working to educate herself and keep on top of innovations in the industry! Plus, after the facial she has an incredible assortment of products she believes in (I trust her clean beauty standards above all!) and you can text her when you have issues at any point and she will weigh in on best steps! Rica has re-set the facial standards bar!

For $70, you get an hour of pure relaxation. It's such a steal! Rica pampers your skin with some of the most luxurious green skincare products on the market. And if there is a product you're wanting to try, ask if that can be incorporated into your facial. I personally love the Maya Chia eye roller. Rica also carries the cosmetic line RMS. It's an organic coconut oil based brand that I am obsessed with. Sure, you could buy it from Sephora (online, the store here in Tulsa doesn't carry it), but here you can test out colors and learn about its benefits. Rica is a gem, and makes your experience so personable. I refuse to go anywhere else when I need some time to pamper my skin.

I'm visiting from California and this place was recommended by family. As my husband and I prepared to leave the SPA, we were already wanting to come back. I carry tension in my upper back and often told by other massage therapists that my back and shoulders are tight with knots. Because of this, I do my best to get massages on a regular basis. Well, if you are anything like me, this is the place for you! John-Paul is gifted at assessing your needs and targeting areas in your body that require special techniques with the perfect amount of pressure. He added the Rosewood aromatherapy, which definitely enhanced the experience. As he massaged and kneaded my back, I could feel my body releasing stress and tension. After 90 minutes I was left feeling very relaxed. If you want to treat your body to a relaxed and rejuvenating SPA experience, I highly recommend Poppi's SPA & Lounge.

My shoulders and back are in a lot of pain in the spots she was too rough in. I was at about 3/10 pain scale walking into Poppi's and I left with 8/10 pain and its been 3 days since my massage and still suffering. I called and nicely explained this and was told I'd get a call back after speaking with the owner. The response I got was them suggesting I come back and spend more money on their enhancement services and I was informed they are not medical professionals and can't guarantee relief. my concern is not about not experiencing relief, my concern is that they hurt me. I paid close to $200 for a massage expecting to have a comfortable experience and have some relief, but instead Poppi's causes me great pain with no resolution. I will not be returning
