I've used the same generic brand of a particular medication for many years, but they recently changed it without saying anything to me about it...i used it about 2 months, thinking generics were all exactly the same, but noticed my problem was not being helped at all with the new med. After talking to my Dr. about it, he said...Oh, Yes there are differences in additives that manufacturers use which can definitely effect the way the drug is supplied to your body...for my situation, it's as if I took nothing, so it's a drastic difference in the way it effects me. My Dr. said to just have them special order the one that I'd been taking...i did, actually twice I was told, No problem...only to come home with the new one both times. I've lived in Tulsa most of my life, actually grew up around the Admiral & Sheridan area... I remember since a child driving by Couch Pharmacy, always thinking, that's the medicine store...it probably pretty much was for that part of Northern Tulsa...so when I decided to try to find a pharmacy that could order my med, they came to mind first, but I figured it was going to be a big hassle & I'd be having to call every pharmacy in town to find one to help me. I called Couch first, within 2-3 mins was talking to a Very Nice, Respectful & concerned Pharmacist!...She told me, Yes.... We always carry that medication, No problem & could have it next AM, it wasn't filled then, only because they were closing in 10 mins. It was so refreshing to be treated as a respected, welcomed & appreciated customer instead of a problem that I happily transferred All my prescriptions to them after so many years of feeling I just had to try to deal with WG's. I'm Very Happy & comfortable about my decision to be doing business now with what I've always considered a long time Tulsa landmark, & am actually anxious to go in the store I've driven by all my life & meet the staff. Now on January 1st, they are closed and I'm out of insulin supplies. Yes I should of made sure there were enough to last through the month, but I wasn't expecting to be cut in half on this prescription, like they cut me last month on a different prescription in the same order. It puts individuals in a bad spot when they are not informed of the shortage. This is not customer service.

Today was my first time to ever try the Walmart grocery pickup…read more The process overall was easy. I ordered my items on the Walmart website the night before and paid. I did like the fact that you are able to add items to your order for about 6 hours. Which is great, because who doesn't end up thinking of extra items you need from Walmart? After checking out online, I was able to reserve a pickup time. The times were all 1 hour time slots. The next day I received an email saying my order was ready for pickup, which was about 30min before my scheduled time. Once you are on your way to the store, approximately 10min out, you are supposed to checkin through the Walmart grocery app which I did. Upon arrival I noticed approximately 5 parking spots on the side of the store marked for the pickup. I pulled up and waited. It took approximately 10-15 minutes when someone walked out and apologized that it was taking so long and they were having to substitute a couple of my items. I appreciated they took the time to update me on the status of my order. Once they brought all my groceries out, they loaded them in my car for me. All items were accounted for, yay! The couple items they had to substitute were larger, for the same price, another yay! The produce all looked great, and all the dairy products all had expiration dates a few weeks away, yet another yay! And I was also given a thank you card with a free candy bar! Overall, I will definitely be using this grocery pickup service again in the future! Another upside to this service, my toddler slept in the car through the whole process! No dealing with a fussy tired toddler in Walmart today!!

Stock of drinks and allergy meds etc were seriously depleted with a number of entirely empty shelves to the disappointment of a number of store customers. On the other hand, they are giving the COVID vaccine, and a young couple who had a little one in the NICU was able to schedule mom's first jab for that day, to their very significant relief. Hopefully as the shortages become less prevalent the store will be able to stock up, since other pharmacies seem to have the goods.

Recently went to pick up medication for my spouse and the limited staff at the counter were having to sort through a large box where medications were thrown with no organization.
