She took the time to explain what happens to most real flowers when you try to dye them blue (they don't fully bloom) and recommended blue silk flowers. The majority of the blue flowers were silk and they looked so beautiful! We went with her to her warehouse to hand pick which type of real florals/greenery we wanted, which was honestly so fun. She created mock bouquets so we could tweak them and we ended up with the most gorgeous mixture of real/silk. Before I left, they gave me a bag of Pinion pine firewood, as well as a package of fire starter no extra cost. Not too many businesses these days, give you the extras that make the purchase so worthwhile. Eric also took the time to show me around his business, and I was very impressed with the amount of firewood available in the back as well as all the decorative items in the store. Religiously, when we get to window, we are told some prescriptons are ready,some are not! We are told to go to back of line! Why were we told they were ready? Obviously,Manager (or maybe Pharmasist ) are happy with the rude employees at window (same at the counter). NOW we have learned they close the pharmacy for lunch hour! Remember we are from out of town, which by time we get to Sapulpa, is around lunch hr. Yep! We believe employees deserve lunch hr! So, NOW we must twittle our thumbs till they get back (in extreme heat) ! (Now we set at window through lunch ( now we are hangry!) to find out we must go to back of line! When we finally return BACK to the window, THREE employees are standing IDLE at the window! Could they not stagger lunch for one employee, at left lane (like most caring businesses), closing counter,putting a cone at right pick up lane (maybe a large sign in right lane 'Right lane reopens after lunch'(nearer to parking lot). I cringe when my regular local pharmacy is closed and we need a quick prescription. Had a prescription for my son called in. I had a copy of the prescription as well. Staff said they didn't have the prescription in their system (even though I had confirmation it was sent to Walgreens) to fill and they wouldn't accept my copy of the prescription either. This was for a simple antibiotic for an ear infection. Nothing out of the ordinary.
