Once I saw Jordania's profile, I knew she is the one for me. My consult with her was great. She listened to my hopes, desires and concerns with understanding. I'm that rare natural blonde that actually wants to go brown. She was extremely thorough with explaining the process of going brunette with balayage, and even explained the even longer process to go back to blonde if I do so choose. My appointment to have my hair done was absolutely wonderful! She's so easy to talk to and just a delight! She's such a sweet and down to earth lady with remarkable hair skills. She made me feel like a beauty queen. Even the other staff around just made me feel so welcome and good about myself. Also the salon itself is beautiful. Very chic, modern, well lit and clean. Even the hair wash basins are super comfortable and didn't hurt my neck. Now I'm a brunette and I'm absolutely in love with my hair! Beautiful color and amazing texture! Then I ask him to cut my hair straight across and I wanted the front a little longer than the back and he end up using a curved scissors to cut my hair. She knows I don't wear much makeup, so I was hesitant to get my makeup done because I wanted to look like myself but also look good while walking across the stage. I also know the last time I had my makeup done professionally (not by Megan), it was super heavy and I felt like I was wearing a mask. Megan used air brush foundation, which was light and lasted the entire day and night. I got my makeup done at 10:00 or 11:00 AM, and everything stayed in place throughout the entire day. I love the smell of all their products. They are more pricey than most care products, but that's because it's high quality ingredients and you can definitely tell the difference. They are animal quality free, vegan and use natural ingredients. I had a friend that had an itchy scalp. I suggested Aveda. I took her because they have a machine that magnifies your scalp and they can look and tell what's going on with it. So they showed her what she needed, which was hair serum and a special shampoo and conditioner, and now her scalp never itches she said. She even had previously gone to Dermatologist and all of the things they offered never seem to help her. My Mom as well use to use it. She had psoriasis, and this was the only shampoo and conditioner that didn't irritate her scalp, but rather calmed and soothed it. Go check out their products and if you fall in love with them, make sure to get on the membership program because it's well worth it. They are very generous with their gifts and coupons.
