I wish I could leave a review with less than one star. I haven't been here is a very long time but our insurance quit allowing Walgreens so, here we are. My second visit back and the pharmacy either sent a prescription of mine home with someone else, a HIPPAA violation, or lost the order from the Dr or the bottle of pills somewhere in the store. It was not explained to me very well at all, probably because they did send my prescription home with someone else, a HIPPAA violation, which they aren't eager to advertise. They also said they weren't able to get in touch with the issuing Dr, that I'd have to do that myself, to get the lost prescription reordered. Next I tried to order some OTC pills from their website to be delivered to my house. They completely coitused that up as well. Instead of the pills I ordered, I received two bottles of lotion. So after a 15 minute phone call with CVS customer service, I'm allegedly going to be receiving my original order soon. I do get to keep the lotion I was sent so I guess someone will get some nice lotion for some gift giving holiday since I have no use for it at all. Finally, this location is always trashy. People, including employees, open mouth coughing with no attempt to cover their mouths, is a regular feature. The parking lot is covered with trash, always. No matter if they've just opened or at any other point in the day. The same is true of the inside. Stains are the dominant feature of the carpeting. A vague poop odor is the prevailing smell inside the store. There is also ALWAYS a line at the Rx counter and it usually extends past the end of the isle and wraps around toward the next isle over. So trips to pick up prescriptions are often a twenty+ minute ordeal. This place is horrible in every way you can imagine. read more

Arguably one of the worst CVS in the world. There are a few nice folks that work here but as a whole pharmacy, it's TRASH!! Expediency, service, competency -- all 0's. I can say FOR SURE they have THEE worst drive thru set up I have EVER seen. I hate CVS as a company, but this pharmacy will have me going out of network and paying another price for my prescriptions just so I don't have to give them my money. read more

Although my regular CVS closed, the 15th and Utica location was still great service and curtious staff. I came in for my vaccine appointment and only had to wait a few minutes even though they were kind of busy with it almost being 5 o'clock. read more

I give the Pharmacy a -10. I have been a CVS customer all over the country and this pharmacy is the rudest, nastiest staff. When you work in healthcare empathy and compassion are important - this pharmacy staff shows none of this. I gave the benefit of the doubt twice before in other incidents, but tonight it was confirmed! They are hands down the absolutely worst, rudest and actually mean spirited staff - all of them. I just got out of the ER and could have used a little compassion. These people have no business dealing with the public, do something else... away from people. What everyone says about this place is true. They are horrible!!! I moved to Tulsa recently and used CVS in my other city so I just transferred my prescriptions here. I found out in my move that I lost two of them and my insurance wouldn't cover them so I wanted to use GoodRX. CVS wanted to charge me $110 to refill and Walmart only $20. No brainer right! Walmart here I come. To get CVS to transfer my prescription was a NIGHTMARE!!!! They kept me on hold for more than 45 minutes more than once. When I did get ahold of them they said they did it but when I called Walmart they had not. Walmart told me that this always happens with them. I finally called my doctor to have my prescriptions transferred. This shouldn't have been so difficult!! I will never use this CVS again! Still trying to get all my prescriptions moved! I appreciate Mr Parker at the CVS Pharmacy. He was so helpful. I adked hom lots of questions. He gad petionce to explain it all to me. Even showed me non prescriptional medication on the isles. I appreciate him. I had such a professional and pleasant experience with him! I came back second time in an hour and Ealli helped me at 1:29 even though they had lunch. read more

This pharmacy will not pick up the phone. This is my second phone call and my current wait time is reaching 40 mins. I will be asking my doctor to cancel my scripts at CVS and transfer them to Walgreens. This is an absolute joke. Very helpful staff all with facial coverings due to being cautious about delta. Helpful as well. They've definitely tried to keep things in stock despite supply issues all over and impacting inventory. Standard stuff typical of a CVS and pharmacy. Got all the things I needed without issue. I went here for combination Covid and flu test. It's been over 48 hours with no results. When I called a nurse practitioner, return my call and explain that having the flu test with Covid delayed results, unfortunately, nobody mentioned that when I took the test. This pharmacy is very slow and the technicians are rude. I had to call CVS and my insurance 5 times each to sort through a coverage issue. CVS ran a med through a coupon instead of my insurance and didn't tell me. The tech on the phone kept saying she was running the med through insurance but my insurance had no record of that. I finally asked to speak to pharmacist/manager, and as the tech is transferring the call, she mouths off "lucky you," to the pharmacist. Pharmaciat fixed the issue immediately after I was repeatedly told something different prior. Med is covered under insurance like it should have been all along. I let the pharmacist know I heard the snarky tech remark ("lucky you"), and the pharmacist was embarrassed. Will consider using other pharmacies. read more

CVS the store, great. This pharmacy is literally the worst. They are open only during the most inconvenient hours for anyone who has a regular 9-5 job. When they are open they mad rude. I have never been to a pharmacy that didn't see all the customers in line who were there before close. The window closed a minute before close time as well and all other customers were ignored. I get techs want to go home but when a pharmacy's hours are 10-6 (even though the window outside says open until 8pm), it's hard to be there any earlier than 5:45 after work. Will never send a med here again for pickup. read more

Very big nice store with a huge variety of stock. I like the carpet in the floor and hope it doesn't get disgusting. Okay employees. Plenty of parking and lot easy to get in and out. Cheaper than Walgreens for stock, I don't know about prescriptions. read more

Just tried to seconds dose of vaccine. I was told I could get it anywhere after my first shot with no appt. Went in no one in line for prescriptions just a man telling me I needed to make an appointment Which I was told at first dose I didn't need one. Anyway, I asked does this mean I can't get it right now without an appt? His reply was yes Good Luck. I get all that but being nicer with it would be better. I can't stand this pharmacy! I moved nearby a year ago and was so excited that I had a 24/7 pharmacy near! It's been 12 months and they NEVER have my prescription. Every. Single. Zero star goes to Ms Nancy who worked on July 4, 2020 at 15th and Cherry Street. I got the items I needed. Put 6 items on the counter. No one was at the front register that I can see. So, I waited, knowing that they must be near by. I leaned back and saw an employee working on putting up items from her tote. I was wearing my mask at the time. I asked her "will you check me out?" No reply. I walked toward her and asked again. This time, I pulled down my mask so she can hear me since she didn't the first time. "Will you put your mask back on?" Nancy says. Mind you, I was more than 6 feet away from her. She continued to push her tote towards me, " will you move out of the way?" Alright. I proceeded to register one where my items were. I looked over the register and Ms Nancy is two registers down. Didn't say a word. So I moved my items to that register. She stood there with the scanner, through the plexiglass. Didn't say a word to me. I haven't been to CVS since the pandemic. I pushed the items closer to her. Still no words. She stood there with scanner in hand. I asked to speak with the manager on duty. And will follow up with the store manager this week. I worked for retail. We greet customers as they walk in. We acknowledge customers if we are doing other tasks and see a customer waiting, " I'll be right with you." read more

I picked up some medication from this pharmacy a few days ago. When I got home I discovered that 1/3 of my medication was missing. I went back to the pharmacy and explained the situation to the pharmacist. She said she would have to open an investigation as to what happened. I thanked here and went home. A couple days later a pharmacy tech called me and said they had "found" the remainder of my medication. I asked that the manager call me to explain what had happened. He ignored my request to have him call me so I went to the location in person and asked him what happened. He was unsympathetic and would not provide any details. This caused me to become very upset knowing that customers are depending on a pharmacy that just doesn't seem to care about quality assurance and quality control. I doordash day and night so when I finished and came in for some hot pockets mind you the fridge was scarce nothing in there . So I'm looking in the food lanes it's 2 up front and I catch a weirdo (he was a tall white male) in scrubs looking over the lanes watching me he was on the lane in front of me peeking over literally I thought he was just a creep but he turned out to work there you wouldn't know he had on nothing that said Walgreens . There was a woman that had walgreen attire in the store . He checked me out. Literally can't be black nowhere I just worked 10 hrs and can't catch a break tryna feed myself. Wow. Just wow. Apparently this store is run by an evil man. Face covering required. My down north face coat zipped up to my nose. But since it wasn't a thin cheap mask made in China, the manager, who was the most rude, condescending, and surely "oppressed " individual in existence, decided he wasn't going to ring me up bc I didn't have the thinner face covering. Here's the deal. I'm a tape victim. I told him that. Masks actually frighten me and having my mouth covered brings me so much anxiety. But my son was sick and needed meds. So I sucked it up. When I let him know, he said too bad, and didn't care. I'll be following up with corporate and my attorneys. I got a mask from a man behind me, but I left in tears. AWEFUL!!!!! My son who was diagnosed with the flu sat in his car waiting for his prescription (with 102 temperature) for almost an hour (he was told they would text him in about 30 minutes when it was ready); after waiting 56 minutes (with no text from them), he went in to check on it and they told him THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE MEDICINE IN STOCK!!!! Then he was told to "check at the CVS in the Target at 21st & Yale." Well.....IT IS ACTUALLY THEIR JOB TO CHECK WHERE ELSE THE MEDICINE MIGHT BE IN STOCK!!!!!! New to the Tulsa area and found this location to be the closest to the area I live. One evening I went to pick up a few prescriptions that I didn't readily need, but once I did I found that one of the prescriptions was not in the bag. Once I discovered this I called to let the pharmacy know what happened. Two issues, my insurance wouldn't allow the Rx to be filled [AGAIN] since it was "too soon" and I had to pay full price in order to have it filled again. There was no apology whatsoever. I realize they have only been open less than 2 weeks but perhaps they should have delayed. The entire store feels empty. Shelves are not stocked and unpacked shipping boxes of products line the aisles. Prices are comparable to the Walgreens a 1/2 block away but it is MUCH easier to get in and out of parking lot.
