So terrible. The worst. I leave frustrated at least 80% of the time. And everytime, I tell myself that I'm finding a new pharmacy. Then I get busy with life, and on and on, the cycle goes. I suppose at this point, i can only blame myself, but please spare yourself the torrure and choose ANYWHERE but Walgreens Harvard. read more

Curse all the horrible people who need prescriptions filled! These people hate customers and they hate customer service even more, constantly interrupting and ignoring all words besides their own, since they are clearly of a higher intellect. They are way too busy for us pill-popping dummy butts! How dare we call them or have questions! Of course they can't bother to say thank you at the end, no time and certainly no gratitude. everything needs improvement. horrible customer service. the manager and staff are more interested in making excuses about everything, than even caring and offering any, even basic consideration and customer service. frankly, they don't give a damn, they just don't care any more. customer beware, shop elsewhere. there sales and coupons are a joke, there is no real savings. when you raise your prices on everything, then offer "less savings" than you traditionally have, then the "appeared, alleged savings" are artificial, and unreal savings. (some examples of "changed, not true savings", "buy 2, 12 pack sodas, get 1 free", used to be "buy 1, 12 pack sodas, get 1 free". also now for christmas sale, "buy 1, toys and games, get 1 for 50% off, used to be "buy 1, toys and games, get 1 free". as previously stated, walgreens has raised there prices on everything, I realize biden bs has caused massive inflation everywhere. that is exactly my point, when you are forces to raise prices, that is not the time to change your traditional sales, and coupons to offer "less savings", that is purely, and simply corporate greed. walgreens does not deserve your consideration, patronage, or hard earned dollars. customer beware, less savings, less value, and horrible customer service. shop elsewhere, like wal-mart, better savings, better value, and still offer good customer service. read more

The Walgreens pharmacy staff is informative and patient. The shop is clean and well maintained.

I have been using this pharmacy for 30 years and have finally had enough. There are so many negatives that I don't know where to start. They never have enough people where you can pick up a prescription without waiting. At the moment, I have been on hold for 17 minutes waiting to speak to someone in the pharmacy and there is still one caller ahead of me. It isn't bad enogh that you have to wait but they interrupt you every 20 seconds to tell you they are busy. When there is a glitch with my insurance, they never contact the doctor like should be done, I am always blindsided. They close it down in the afternoon for a meal break. if they don't have enough people to operate the business, they should close the store. I am either going to transfer my prescriptions to Wal Mart across the street or to Reasor's at 41st and Yale. read more

I'm keeping the one star because again, this Walgreens is terrible. About a month ago, I filled a prescription here and they were out so they sold me what they had and said they would have more the following Monday. I show up and they "forgot" to order the rest of my medication. I was annoyed but moved on. A couple weeks ago I had another rx filled here and when I went to pick it up, they were closed during the middle of the day. No sign or anything! No message on their voicemail or anything. Then today, I filled a prescription for a medication given subcutaneously with a syringe. I have taken this medication before and the pharmacy always gave me insulin needles for injection because the medicine doesn't go in deeply. The tech/pharmacist gave me long syringes. I didn't know until they were opened. These aren't cheap either, roughly 1/needle, and I take the medicine 2x a day. I contacted the pharmacy and they were basically like "tough" and refused to refund me the cost of the needles even though this was their mistake. Obviously you can't return needles and I get that, but they didn't even apologize. I will NOT return to this Walgreens. read more

Great store pharmacy is pretty quick friendly staff always acknowledged as I come through the door

Not the brightest people working here. It took 4 employees and a call to the manager to determine they don't stock what I wanted. BTW, I didn't appreciate them describing what I was looking for at the top of their voices, across the store! My grandmother used to say old age was for the birds. She was much older than me when she started saying that! Apparently don't stock as much as 15th and Lewis. read more

It's great that they're 24hours so I can get my rx any time I need it. However they often have long waits if you're going to drop off and wait. They've also had a broken drive through speaker for at least a year so if you pick up through the drive thru window they have to open the drawer you exchange prescriptions and money through and shout at you through it. read more

I stopped by Walgreen's at 31st and Harvard this morning to get some supplies for an upcoming hiking trip. This drug/convenience store is most helpful...not to mention a handy place in the neighborhood to have prescriptions filled. Top notch! read more

Stopped by to pick up pictures (yes i still get photos sometimes) stood at the counter for around 20 minutes rang the little bell 3 times, asked the front cashier to call someone up and still no one! Don't waste your time picking up photos here, its clearly not one of their priorities. read more
