I receive mail order insulin supplies, and each month they send me less and less of my order. If I'm supposed to receive 2 I only receive 1. Now on January 1st, they are closed and I'm out of insulin supplies. Yes I should of made sure there were enough to last through the month, but I wasn't expecting to be cut in half on this prescription, like they cut me last month on a different prescription in the same order. It puts individuals in a bad spot when they are not informed of the shortage. This is not customer service. read more

For years I had to go to Walgreens for my medications. It was a horrible experience every month, as I take at a minimum of 10 scripts per month. When my Dr.'s office recommended Couch I called and the immediate response was "yes we will help you". Then when asked if I wanted all of my medications transferred it was the easiest yes ever! I have been a customer now going on 4 months and I have been extremely please. The fact that they have a delivery service for when I cannot get off work is the best. Delivery service is awful they will say they came to your house or called but 8 out of 10 times they don't do either, the delivery girl charges an extra $5 cash to come back so more money if they say you weren't there or didn't answer her call that she never makes. read more

I unfortunately need to use quite a few prescription medicines & have had them filled at Walgreens for over 25 years...they used to practically treat me as a friend, whether I called with an issue or came in, but the last few years, I feel more like a stranger with a problem they'd rather not have to deal with, either in person or IF I'm au7ble to actually speak to a pharmacy staff member. I've used the same generic brand of a particular medication for many years, but they recently changed it without saying anything to me about it...i used it about 2 months, thinking generics were all exactly the same, but noticed my problem was not being helped at all with the new med. After talking to my Dr. about it, he said...Oh, Yes there are differences in additives that manufacturers use which can definitely effect the way the drug is supplied to your body...for my situation, it's as if I took nothing, so it's a drastic difference in the way it effects me. My Dr. said to just have them special order the one that I'd been taking...i did, actually twice I was told, No problem...only to come home with the new one both times. I've lived in Tulsa most of my life, actually grew up around the Admiral & Sheridan area... I remember since a child driving by Couch Pharmacy, always thinking, that's the medicine store...it probably pretty much was for that part of Northern Tulsa...so when I decided to try to find a pharmacy that could order my med, they came to mind first, but I figured it was going to be a big hassle & I'd be having to call every pharmacy in town to find one to help me. I called Couch first, within 2-3 mins was talking to a Very Nice, Respectful & concerned Pharmacist!...She told me, Yes.... We always carry that medication, No problem & could have it next AM, it wasn't filled then, only because they were closing in 10 mins. It was so refreshing to be treated as a respected, welcomed & appreciated customer instead of a problem that I happily transferred All my prescriptions to them after so many years of feeling I just had to try to deal with WG's. I'm Very Happy & comfortable about my decision to be doing business now with what I've always considered a long time Tulsa landmark, & am actually anxious to go in the store I've driven by all my life & meet the staff. Couch pharmacy is absolutely awesome. I've gone here for almost a year and I would go nowhere else. It's the first place I've been treated like a human being. I'm on medication for a variety of issues and they make sure that I have it every month. They go above and beyond. Definitely go here! They'll know you by name and are super awesome folk who treat people like human beings and not wallets You have to be your own patient advocate. I do wish they would call and remind that a prescription is ready or needs to be filled, but other than that I love them. read more

Great place to have you drugs field the druggist know to watch for interactions of mixed drugs they always ask if you have any questions they're very helpful they're quick when calling or drug refills Etc they are filled pretty quick you got a call sometimes even an email letting you know that you have your medications I would definitely recommend them JD read more

They took the initiative to have my medications all renew on the same day and package them so that I get them each and every month on-time and in a format that is easy to manage. Don't go to this place unless you want to have to go through a quiz and then be turned down anyway I was asked what I needed the medication for, what other medications I was taking, and, why I was coming to their place, and they even looked up my doctor online Then after about 5 minutes of questions I was denied the care I was after anyway. Locally owned with a family atmosphere. I have traded with couch since 2001 when I moved away from another locally owned pharmacy on the south side of town, Freeland Brown, which I had traded with since childhood. I whole heartedly recommend Couch. Most convenient for me, as I use a cane, is the drive-up window. read more
