I would not recommend this place. Wednesday,when I left my doctor's office arriving before 3 pm. to drop a compound prescription. Was to by the pharmacy technician that my prescription would be ready by closing on Friday. Friday came i could to check on my prescription. I was informed it would be ready till Monday. I asked why it wasn't ready when a tech said it would be ready Friday. The pharmacy technician got on the phone and said the problem was someone called in. The prescription was there for 4 hours on Wednesday, all day Thursday and Friday. I said, "This isn't my fault she said, "What do you want to do?" I said, "Have it have it ready before the closed. She said I didn't say it was your fault and what I wanted to do again. I said it should have been a priority. She informed she could make it a priority on Monday. After that, I said I wanted my refund and my prescription paper. When I arrived 30 minutes when I hung up from the phone call. They did have my refund ready but not the paper for my prescription. Good thing I've checked the bag before I left the parking lot. I will not use this pharmacy again. Also recommend to everyone not to use this pharmacy. read more

**DO NOT FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTION HERE** The absolute worst, unprofessional experience I have ever encountered. I flew down to help my elderly father who is in the hospital, I don't have a car, so I called to make sure the specific prescription was filled they told me yes. Took an uber there and back. I get there and they hand me a sealed bag so of course i trusted them to give me everything I PAID for. I get to the hospital and I am missing the most expensive, and the prescription I went in for specifically! The "owner" accepted absolutely no responsibility for this, and told me it was my fault and they would give me the luxury to deliver it to me, for a fee. I asked are you really going to charge me for the mistake your employee made? They happily answered me, yes, that is what we are saying. I bought 4 cards that were supposed to be 99 cents each but they charged me $1.99 . When I asked the cashier about the discrepancy about the listed price and what they had posted - she said she hadn't changed the price. To say the least I was surprised they did not honor the price . Last month, filled my mood stabilizers with my Soonercare $4 co pay... now wants to try and charge me $20 for a prescription that was covered less than 30 days ago... blamed Soonercare, but Walmart never had a problem accepting my health care. I went in this morning to transfer a prescription to this pharmacy. The person at the register took the prescription information and told me that I would need to call the first pharmacy, talk with their pharmacist, and have the original pharmacy initiate the transfer. I told her I thought it was standard practice for the receiving pharmacy to initiate a transfer, to which she responded, "well, I don't know how other pharmacies do it." So, I confirmed with the other pharmacy that the receiving pharmacy would need to initiate the transfer and Walgreens took care of it in 5 minutes. This is very disappointing, as I would have rather given my money to a local business, and have frequently recommended this pharmacy to patients that need to use pill packs. read more

Pharmacy has usually been there for me on time for the past decade. I am getting a little concerned about staff as last time I went in (3/17/24) the head pharmacist (? the guy in the white coat) was yelling obscenely at other staff (who were clearly uncomfortable) about the parade taking up the street. The entire time. Yelling cussing etc, no wonder it had an uncomfortable atmosphere. There was a backup due to the St Patties race on Peoria and as much as I also hate that drunken celebration it was just, highly unpleasant to visit. I'm willing to work around construction to get to my favorite pharmacy but if this is how folks are talking to each other as employees... yikes I'm looking elsewhere read more

The pharmacist has repeatedly pointed out a cheaper way to get our medicines (i.e., suggesting that we order double the amount of a tablet at one-half the dosage which cut the price to 25% of what we were paying). Walked into the filthy dirty building desperate for a cpap mask..left pissed off and feeling as if I needed a Tetnus and a Hepatitis shot for walking into that business. As my husband and I with our son walk down the isle and a lady from behind the pharmacy counter yelled very rudely to see if we needed any help. Simply stated we are fine and needed no assistance. After staring us down for about 5-7 minutes she then yells again across the store to another associate Shawn and not 15 seconds later he was a foot away from me standing in my personal space while my family shopped, when I say he stood in my personal space it wasn't for 10 seconds...he stood there for near 10 minutes just watching. Then he spoke and said not to open the zip lock packages. Mind you these were not in the original manufacture packaging. He was worried about me handling the items when they obviously had been handled before hence the regular zip lock bag with sharpie writing on them... You are in my personal space with smelly greasy hair and worried about me touching the items? We were treated like we were shoplifters. If we didn't really need the mask I would have went home and ordered from Amazon. I walked out of the store with my son as my husband purchased the item to avoid me from opening my mouth and letting them all know exactly how I felt. Spent 100 bucks, got into my Lexus, swore I'd never spend another dime in that place and went home to a hot shower to avoid any contractable diseases I could have picked up in there. My brother-in-law is handicapped and his old wheelchair finally wore out. It was going to take several weeks for the new one to arrive so my wife rented one from Freeland-Brown on a monthly basis. His new one came in so we took the old one back with about three weeks left on his monthly rental. We decided to take FB's wheelchair back and all of sudden the rental was going to be several hundred dollars. My wife started quizzing the clerk and she said, "Since you are bringing it back early we rent it on a weekly basis." My wife did not mind paying for the current month but when the clerk wanted to go back to the start and charge us on a weekly basis despite the fact my wife's credit card was being charged on a monthly basis was astounding. As a result, we took the chair back and will keep it until the month ends in about three weeks. This is totally insane - we have a rented wheelchair we're not using that someone else could use. read more
