This is such a sad location. My wife needed bloodwork done for some pregnancy tests. She checked in…read moreat 7:10 with a man right in front of her. 7:40 rolls around and no one had come out to check on them or even made their presence made excluding their talking down the hall. The man stood up and said "this is ridiculous" and walked out. My wife knocked on the door about 10 minutes later and a couple minutes after that she said a lady walked up and was extremely rude and talked down to her in a condescending manner. Basically telling her she will get to her when she gets to her (gave no approximate time on when she could be seen), that she knew there was people in the waiting room but wasn't her job to cater to their every needs. My wife immediately walked out in tears. It is ridiculous how unprofessional the staff was. I have never in my life left a bad review because I know people have bad days and things happen, but when you are talking disgustingly to a 32 week pregnant woman I start to have issues. The rudeness and the lack of professionalism is absolutely baffling to me. Corporate needs to look into this location and changes in the staff needs to be done in my opinion. She later went to the Jenks location and said it was an amazing experience and actually enjoyed them. I suggest anyone thinking about going to the BA location to reconsider and to go to ANY other location, Jenks is at the top of our list though!

It also seems that they make different kind of error every time I go. One time they drew 8 vials of my blood for one test because they misread the doctor's instructions. I have to find a different lab next time I need bloodwork done even if I have to drive farther.

The sign on their door says they're out to lunch from 12:30 AM to 1:00 PM so just to sign on the door tells you how uneducated unprofessional they are. There were two women in there at the desk and I handed the woman my time sensitive specimen she said to me, " don't you dare give me that I just finished my lunch that's gross. Go put it in the back." That pissed me off so bad because as a training manager, I know she was in the wrong so we went to another LabCorp and it was the one on Cineplex in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Heather accepted my lab and I told her about the incident and left my number and told me LabCorp would call me and they never did. They don't care AT ALL. In fact, they both act like they were racist. Everybody in the room heard what she said, including my husband.
