My experience with this location has never been great. They are routinely extremely slow and unfriendly. It seems to take about 45 minutes each time I go. It also seems that they make different kind of error every time I go. One time they drew 8 vials of my blood for one test because they misread the doctor's instructions. I have to find a different lab next time I need bloodwork done even if I have to drive farther. read more

I was carrying specific specimens into the lab and tried to give them to the lady at the front desk after waiting at the door for 1 1/2 hour for them to finish their lunch. The sign on their door says they're out to lunch from 12:30 AM to 1:00 PM so just to sign on the door tells you how uneducated unprofessional they are. There were two women in there at the desk and I handed the woman my time sensitive specimen she said to me, " don't you dare give me that I just finished my lunch that's gross. Go put it in the back." That pissed me off so bad because as a training manager, I know she was in the wrong so we went to another LabCorp and it was the one on Cineplex in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Heather accepted my lab and I told her about the incident and left my number and told me LabCorp would call me and they never did. They don't care AT ALL. In fact, they both act like they were racist. Everybody in the room heard what she said, including my husband. read more

This location used to be great. The last three times I've been in, the same phlebotomist has helped me. She seems so unhappy to be there. She has placed the tourniquet so tightly I have been bruised and crying during the procedure. Just a bad experience. read more

Drug testing ends at 3pm, I arrived at 2:15, got one foot in the door and a lady doesn't allow me inside and the only explanation I and another girl got was "the lady left we are closed." And the door was shut in our face and locked. So unprofessional, I suggest calling first, that is, if you can get through to anyone because I can't. read more

Horrible service. I instructed the young lady that a butterfly was needed. She totally ignored me, causing her to stick me twice and dig. I had been fasting and almost fainted and she offered no assistance nor was moved by anything. I gave her my insurance info and just received a bill for $1700.00+!!! This place needs to be closed by the board of health. They are horrible!!!! read more

Labcorp billed me without charging my insurance. I let them know for months & they never remedied the situation. They sent me to collections instead of doing there job. Absolute horrible service, incompetent & I will never use them again. read more

The lab at Citi-Plex Towers in Tulsa, OK treated me callously and unprofessionally. A stool sample was ordered by my primary care physician to determine if I had a viral infection and would be contagious to a newborn infant. I followed the instructions of the prescriber scrupulously. The lab personnel unilaterally determined the sample not to be acceptable and discarded it. Furthermore, they neglected to inform the prescriber so another test could be ordered. This has placed me in the untenable situation of being unable to provide care for a toddler grandchild while its sibling was being born. A complaint was filed with the Better Business Bureau in Tulsa. read more

I almost feel bad writing this, but I want to stress the problems with this location are not related to the staff, but to the company itself. They do not staff this location properly. As a result, the employees are overworked and understaffed. There are never enough people working there. They have to work long shifts with awful hours because Labcorp as a company basically sucks. I had very important bloodwork done (I was tested for Cushing's disease) and they managed the lose the results until I badgered them on the phone, waiting for over 45 minutes just to get in touch with an actual person, who then miraculously found my results and was able to send them over to my endocrinologist. The location keeps no records of any tests done there. I called this location first to see if they could find the results and fax them over but they said they don't keep records and have no proof that I even went there to get my blood drawn. While it's likely that my experience was unique, I can't help but feel negatively towards this company as a whole. If you have to get labs done in this area of Tulsa, insurance allowing, I recommend RML instead. Every RML I've been to has been very professional, clean, well-staffed and on time. Again, I want to stress that the staff there is very good, and this review is not their fault. They are miserable and just trying to do the best they can. I'm sure if they could they would agree that Labcorp is a terrible company. read more

Very friendly and punctual. It doesn't have to be miserable when you're having lab work done. I was pleasantly surprised. Not much to the office but they were efficient and got me in and out on schedule. read more

Horrible!!!!! The place was dirty once you got past the receptionist desk and there were 12-14 people in the lobby with one person working! I heard her on the phone asking for help and then hanging up saying no one's coming...... Took 45 minutes for 30 second blood work. I plan on telling my doctor that he needs to quit sending his patients here, it's ridiculous! read more
