My first physical therapy visit at St. Francis Glenpool went very well! Sarah, my PT, was very thorough and acted professionally. She performed a range of mobility testing, measuring, and created a plan of action. Their office, along with other areas - inside/outside of the building - was immaculate. Other than PT Services, you will also find the Warren Clinic, Lab, Outpatient, and ER services. The office is conveniently located beside Hwy. 75 and 151st St in Glenpool. Unfortunately we have needed this ER several times, but each time we have been met with caring capable people who show they care about the patients. The facility is nice, clean and well maintained and we have always had great service from the professional staff. From the front desk, guard, nurses and doctors, they all have show empathy and caring as well as ability and knowledge. This is our go to ER! Then we found that they have primary care as well as other needed services there, so we are using them for primary care as well. read more

I am in and out of the er quite often and St Francis Glenpool is the best place to go. The staff are kind and they really listen. I have many abnormal health issues. This is also where I go to get my CT Scans, Ultrasounds, bloodwork, and mammograms. I have always had great experiences here! read more

disgusting. front desk lady was an actual B**** super condescending and was a horrible start to my first ultrasound. then "shadow" greeted us which, cool name except I wish she would've just been a shadow because during my FIRST pregnancy ultrasound the tech lady (not shadow) wasn't giving me any info and with a history of miscarriage me and my husband were anxious. nobody told us the rules and that they aren't allowed to tell us anything so that sucked finding out AFTER we left really upset with the experience. at one point when it had been 10-15 minutes of silence just waiting, I asked the tech "is there a baby in there?" trying to be lightbhearted since I was nervous. shadow, whom is sitting 2 feet away from us is on the phone and looks back at me with a facial expression like the audacity that I just spoke while she was on the phone. after she finds the baby she turns the screen and points to nothing and goes "see super small." and turns the screen back around where we can no longer see it. super insensensitive. after 10 more minutes atleast of just silence she tells me she's all done (didn't even get to hear heartbeat. which I now know is apart of the process but at the time I did not) she says my doctor will call me with information. pardon?? what information?? is everything okay?? I go "will I get any pictures by chance?" and she quickly goes "yeah. let me wash my hands first??" super rudely and it just made me sick to my stomach. we left super upset that our first ultrasound experience was this way. it was a Thursday so I'm sure everyone was ready to go home and be off but you'd think people would just be kind. guess not. read more

I am very thankful Saint Francis decided to build a facility in Glenpool. I have needed the ER several times since they have opened. Everyone is quite friendly and it is quick to get admitted and seen. read more

Worst hospital in Tulsa county hands down. Do not go to this place. Take the extra time and go to an ACTUAL hospital in Tulsa or Broken Arrow. If you have no other choice "exaggerate your symptoms" because thats in which order you will be seen. Staff was rude the second i walked in and i was sent from warren clinic urgent care. Not a Gay friendly place either. read more

Been here more than a couple times now at the ER and its was really nice when not much patient (obviously), but when there were a bit more people you could be there like the whole day just to wait for a room for the test results. I understand about priorities but besides that I thought it should be first come first serve but i felt like it wasn't. We came here for a Covid test for my wife and kid, my wife got her result almost right after the test done as she was a registered member of myChart, and unfortunately my kid wasn't. So, we had to wait almost the whole day for the result for my kid. (Didn't want to say anything about myChart portal, i just wanted to compare the time here). When we asked the front desk they kept saying there wasn't any free room available yet, but other patients who came later than us were kept getting called. I had no idea whats going on!!! PS: I knew about pre-checking call before we are called for the room, incase someone wondered. read more

Despite being understaffed and underpaid in the ER. These nurses are rockstars. We did have a long wait time because they get very sick people in there with only one doctor and limited staff. I was still impressed!! The triage nurse (Caleb, I think) and our nurse Stephanie! They treated us with the utmost respect and made sure we were comfortable. Stephanie consistently treated us with compassion, updated us frequently, joked with us, and went above and beyond. You could tell they were overwhelmed, but that did not change how incredible we were treated! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

My step daughter waited over 3 hours tonight with her friend. I understand that hospital staff are over worked and under compensated. With that said, my rating remind the same. Saint Francis was the most highly rated hospital in Tulsa. Now, I believe they are falling behind the times. You've gotta adapt and do better. You've brought a hospital that was desperately needed to our community and are failing. read more

I went to the Glenpool ER after developing a rash with skin peeling after an infusion. The ER doctor spent less than than 2 minutes with me, said I had a normal rash and sent me home with cream. Now let me be clear, the only thing checked was my blood pressure and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Now Im sick sick with everything in my body rapidly swelling, and I have to go back to the ER. Im in Okmulgee and would rather try my luck driving to Tulsa than ever go there again. All she said is if I get a fever to come back. Yeah, thanks for wasting my time, now Im sicker which could have been avoided! read more

Need better staffing. there was only one doctor onsite and no PAs that I could see.

We have come up here to see Dr. Latimer a few times and she is always amazing!! I would recommend her and her team of nurses for any family.
