Words fail me you can't get scheduling in order so certainly wouldn't trust your office with any administrative needs or my health.

Envision has always been good at getting me an apt and I'm usually in and out pretty quick. The service women at the desk are always pleasant and helpful and the techs running the machines are nice and accommodating and the one in BA on 71st by Arby's is great. read more

7-10 days to read a chest xray to determine if I have pnemonia is unacceptable. I will find another provider

This is a Medical imaging facility, free standing. It is advertised they get you results within 24-48 hours, after not seeing results after 48 hours, I call. They then inform me they use a different radiology group & it's actually 7-10 business days behind reading & giving you your results. They have said my dr who ordered it can call & order it STAT. They don't tell you that when they schedule or see you for your test that they are that slow on readings. I consider this a heinous aggregence. Stop lying to patients needing help just to make an extra buck!!!! read more

Was worried when I read some of the not so great reviews, but man, we had the best experience there! My twelve year old needed an MRI with the injection, which is definitely not common on children. We were both very nervous. But from the check-in, to the X-ray guided injection, to the MRI - every single staff member was fantastic and treated us with a great bed-side manner. It went so smooth and we were even in and out ahead of schedule. Highly recommend! read more

I had decent experiences in the past and the front desk worker was kind but Kimberly was in such a hurry she didn't let me change into a gown, ask what the issue was to make sure proper images were obtained and even worse pad my ears properly to protect my hearing. I told her the pads weren't all the way down they were sitting in front of my ears but since I was in a cage with my eyes covered I really couldn't do anything. My ears are ringing and I'm seeing stars. The facility is fine but I will request to never have her if I go back. I have already called my doctor to let her know Kimberly wasn't interested/ most likely got sloppy images since I wasn't allowed to change or protect my hearing. If you care about hearing do not go here. read more

Very nice staff and very easy to get in. I like that you can make the appointment online and they are open late. A big plus is that they are cheaper than the hospital and they email you the link to the results. read more

Taking 5 days to read an xray is completely unacceptable. What if something was really wrong? I worked in the medical field and radiology reports went out within hours, not days! read more

Tulsa Ok- Billing Dept- management - Rene and sadly Bryan K...er at Corporate in Colorado Springs CO are all clueless. I had 2 separate MRI's on two different days and paid $95 per visit for a total of $190. It is like 2nd grade math but they don't get it. Envision Imaging first tried to bill me an additional $170 after they lost their licensing contract with United Healthcare and then tried to steal from me because of their lack of attention at corporate. Now that they are back in with United Healthcare they are sending me a check for $39.72 because my co-pay is allegedly $75 now. Even a 6 year old knows that 95-75=20 & 20x2=40 so why $39.72? They still can't explain other than "some fees" and I've already ripped up the check because some day these idiots might figure it out and then want it back. I figured I'll save the headache for when they get a clue plus its not mine to begin with. It just shows they can't be trusted and have no one capable of figuring out billing. Bryan is the biggest loser because he wanted to argue what my co-pay is and as a licensed insurance agent in the state of Colorado until falling ill I know exactly what my co-pays are. Total cluelessness from the top down since I originally asked for anyone with a college degree and was transferred to Bryan claiming he was the best option. He even bragged about his title and explained this was his area of concentration and assured me he'd be able to get it resolved, which he didn't. Ultimately I was hoping they could figure this out because I go through a nuclear bone scan, MRI, and a CT every 90 days. Clearly after all this I will never go back to Envision Imaging or any of the other crap imaging centers they have throughout the region. Some are called Health Images and I really hate the one in Denver CO because of the people there. You'd think being so big they would have their act together and a lot better than this or at least functioning. To finish and not to forget the people who do excel in Tulsa so I must mention that I had a positive experiences with the techs and getting records/discs (for out of state care). However the secretary sure could use some help. When calling in for Rene it was like talking to a pit bull just to get a bogus voicemail that didn't work but as soon as I called right back Rene answered on the main line go figure (of course after another 3 min automated prompt hold to get to that point). read more

AWFUL!!! Envision imaging on 91st Tulsa is Incompetent. 6/13/2024 Dr sent us here for X-rays, I called and stated we were coming and was told that is fine we take walk in apts. we arrived @ 2:55 on a Thursday and was not greeted in a friendly manner at all and was told it could not be done today. Hmmmm hours online indicate they close at 11;00 pm‍ again, I called ahead. I was frustrated so I went to the car and called for the office manager. The Gentleman I was transferred to introduced him self as the area director. ‍. I explained what happened and he did apologize However he did not get us taken care of instead he was trying to make excuses for their incompetency Asking me "does that make sense" I said to him does any of the experience I just had "make sense to you?" It gets better! As I am on the phone with him, my husband received a call from their scheduling dept Off site asking if he would like to come in at 4;00 today. But we were just told by the front desk it couldn't be done today. We decided to take our business elsewhere. If we have this much trouble upfront I can't imagine trusting them for accurate results. read more

My CT Scan was painless and ran quickly and smoothly but the Technicians didn't seem to want to be there. The staff up front was friendly and helpful though. read more

Everything from scheduling to the procedure itself was very organized, easy, and informative.

When we arrived there, we waited for over 40 mins to be seen. We paid the amount in full (before driving we were given an amount, lady stated you will not pay more than $244.48) so we made the appt. Appt went well,friendly staff. Three weeks later we get a bill for over $400 more. I called the billing office and was told, you signed a paper that stated, this is just an estimate. Everyone is so kind and compassionate! Quick service too. I was able to get an appoint. same day. :)) Only problem is that MRI was done Friday after doctors left for the day. Unfortunately, we are snowed in now and therefore closed Monday. Expecting more snow too so results are delayed compared to hospital. Wish they could still interpret MRI online but I understand. I will say that I'll never go back to hospital if I could help it though. Thank you for an awesome experience. read more

The lady taking my payment didn't listen to me. I told her that I had arranged to pay one-third of my total and then handed her my card. She handed back a receipt for the full amount. She completely drained my account, and made it overdrawn. She voided the transaction, but what a scary hassle!! Why don't people listen, instead of assuming they know what is actually being said??? She had my bank account so screwed up that I couldn't even pay the amount to which I had agreed. read more

I went to Envision to have x-rays done that were ordered by my doctor. I had been there before and everything went smoothly. I went to an orthopedic doctor later and his office wanted me to bring a disc with the x-rays on it. I called and requested it from Envision and went by to pick it up and the lady at the desk handed me a disc. She was very nice, but when the orthopedic person opened the disc, it took forever to load up and the woman said all that was on it was a bunch of personal photos of people!!! They shredded the disc since it didn't belong to me and I had to have more x-rays of my hip and also an MRI. read more

I have had an MRI and an XRay done here (2 separate times). I have referred others to this site as well. They are very professional and caring. Results are completed quickly and provided back to your doctor. I highly recommend this for MRI or XRays. read more

Didn't like the packed waiting room for starters. I called ahead of time to ask about what articles of clothing I would have to remove for the X-ray on my shoulder because I have two frozen shoulders and still healing from a broken wrist and fractured elbow. The receptionist instead of checking was rude to me. She didn't know the answer and told me to bring someone with me. She would not check. Was not impressed w/ this facility at all. I will say my lab tech let me keep my bra on and just remove the shoulder strap which helped me out a lot. The receptionist should ask someone next time before being so rude read more

Called my workplace and gave sensitive medical information to my secretary (who has the same first name). Now everyone at my office thinks I am pregnant. I am not. It is a liability for your office to think you're preggo. My secretary pointed out to employee from envision they violated HIPPA. In response, they harassed me 5 times today via phone just to talk about stuff they already told me about. Guess testing waters to see how pissed I am. And when I booked the appointment they told me I would owe $105. Today they said $211. If I didn't urgently need ultrasound, I'd book somewhere else. read more

Do not do business with them. The MRI experience was ok; however, the communication, service, and billing afterwards was ridiculous. It is not worth it, there are plenty of other places to go. read more

Wait time has been 45 minutes so far and I'm still in the waiting area. Would not recommend this place unless you have time to kill. Already filled out all the paperwork so guess I will keep waiting and go ahead and get X-rays here, otherwise, I would go elsewhere. read more

Envision goes above and beyond to get you scheduled at a convenient time, to working to stay on schedule and are very friendly. I've had 4 or 5 scans done here from CT's to MRI's and no issues. read more

Excellent experience! Friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Their hours are extremely convenient. They were able to work around my schedule and schedule my scan the same day it was ordered. This is a huge value add, not only for myself, but for future patients of mine. I have had many MRI's, x-rays and now a CT scan at Envision over the years. I have found them to always be on time with incredibly well trained staff. It is a very clean and well decorated facility. They always get my scans to my doctors on time. They have extremely helpful extended hours. I would send my friend here. read more

My physician recommended I get an MRI and apparently had this place give me a call. I only know this from hindsight, since my appointment was more than a week ago and I have not heard back from my doctor regarding my lab results, or anything about my health insurance approving this MRI, or where he would schedule it and whom would be calling me. I was taken by surprise when some child-like female voice by a person who has just phoned me, announcing her name (and only her name -- I had to ask who she was and still, I could not understand what her business is until I googled the phone number). This girl has the voice of a child, and her tone was so shrill, I was actually put-off thinking I was speaking to a prank caller. She was too difficult to understand, as her voice is too shrill and high-pitched. I make no apologies for saying that, either, because, if a business is going to hire someone to place phone calls, then they should test them out first to see how their voice sounds on calls. With such a shrill, child-like voice, she is not appropriate for phone calling, and I was immediately taken back with suspicions to her call. She failed to introduce herself properly, such as, "Hello, I am so-and-so with such-and-such business on whatever street, calling for (insert patient name) to schedule an appointment for an (insert procedure name) that is recommended by your doctor (fill in your physician name), which has been approved by your insurance (fill in your insurance carrier name)". But no, she immediately and illegibly states some name, then begins to ask me personal questions without verifying if she even has the correct person. Next, after twice asking her to repeat her name, and still not being able to hear it through her child-like voice; and then having to ask where is she calling from and why and still not even understanding her, I had already begun feeling the call is a prank. Maybe I have a hearing problem, and if I do, it is ony to shrill voices failing to enunciate enough for people to understand their words. See, I don't know her, and if she has an affliction, okay, but she should not be placing blind calls to potential patients who have not met her or know her affliction to be able to understand. (And, perhaps my subconscious thoughts could not get past her peculiar manner of the entire phone call, as she rushed into asking me questions about my body parts. Questions that I still was not able to understand her words.) I still do not know what type of MRI I was about to be scheduled for, what it would entail, or if I even cared yet to do business with this establishment. I do, afterall, make that decision. First impressions are everything, and if this imaging center thinks this gal is a good representation of their business, then they've lost me right off the bat. The call was also cold, but perhaps so based upon the girl's "lack of" -- whatever it is. She had no kind mannerism, or perhaps lacked experience. I just didn't know, but why should that be my primary concern of a total stranger as well as an establishment which I do not know nor have met? It should not be. Maybe others won't care but I do, so I'll not be using their services. And shame on my own physician for not calling me to inform me that so-and-so would be contacting me. Patient's should also have a say in where they receive their treatment from, how much it will cost, and so on. But this little girl's call to me delving right into conversation as if we were resuming a talk we had just had without my knowing who she was was absurd, Also, when I did not and could not understand her to even tell me whom she was with and why she was calling, was not going to happen between us. When you call someone, it is your responsibility to state who you are and why you are calling, and to be certain you have reached your intended recipient. For all she knew, she could have been talking to my neighbor, or anybody. Young people, please get a clue. Not everybody cares to speak in abbreviations and silly voices, and whatever the heck else you do. It's not "just your world", it belongs to all of us. With her mannerism, she failed to give me a fair chance. She called me, so, and I reiterate, it would be her responsibility to state whom she is, where calling from and why she is calling. People are not mind readers, nor do they care to be treated with such short sight. If you're too busy to call, then don't! Do it later when you do have the time. read more

Tried to schedule an appt and called around 8:20 pm after receiving an answering machine message saying they were open until nine. After answering many questions and scheduling a time, out of the blue I'm told I'm being transferred to someone else and am placed on hold for an inordinate amount of time since that person wasn't available to help me. Finally, I hang up and try back again after a few minutes. I'm explained that they're understaffed in the evenings. So why have us call them? The experience was way complicated and frustrating. I've decided to call my doctor and request another clinic for my MRI. This type of confusion does not instill confidence and I don't want this company involved in my health care. read more
