Care First employees are always Happy & Welcoming! They will go above and beyond to take care of you! I called ahead because I was going to be a few minutes late after closing time. Claire, said no problem we can wait for you until 7:15! I've never had a pharmacy be so gracious especially after they have probably worked a full shift! Amazing customer service, Taylor the tech at the drive through was especially kind and patient! Thank you so much for taking great care of me and my family! Plus there gift shop is full of the cutest finds and Tyler candles! They offer you free fudge samples and a free small fountain drink with purchase as well! Another bonus they fill prescriptions fast no 45 minute to one hour wait like the big box chains! Update: Changing this from 3 stars (down from five) to a one. They called me back again today to tell me half of my order was ready. The lady was incredibly rude and once I told her I had already cancelled my script order because they wouldn't fill them she was even more rude. They used to be so friendly and helpful and now they don't have time to even be nice to their customers. This is a shame. A formerly great local business that lost their customer service edge because they tried to expand too quickly. Before a couple of months ago I would have rated them a five but they have become increasingly lax in their customer service. My last two scripts took weeks to fill and this time they told me days later that they couldn't even get it and had no idea when they would ever get it in again (same script I've been filling for year). The person on the phone had no interest in helping figure this out. Sadly I'll have to take my business somewhere else. Hope they get this figured out soon. read more

I found this Pharmacy, can't remember how but I found this Pharmacy in Broken Arrow about a year ago (maybe two). They are recently new, not a very old place BUT let me tell you something! This is as good as a Pharmacy gets right here! I LOVE IT here whenever I need meds. The staff has been friendly from the first time I stepped into their business when I found them till now. Unfortunately I have made more trips than needed to this place but every experience has been a great one. I advise anyone who is looking for a great pharmaceutical experience to go here. LOVE the Staff!! The store is very clean and neat. They also have an area when you first walk in where you can shop for little knick knacks (i.e. candles, baby items etc). They also have a sweets "bar" and a place to buy drinks. Their fudge brownies there are SUPER moist and sweet... Delicious!! Tastes really fresh to me. They also of course have a couple aisles where you can purchase other OTC medicines there as well. I can go on and on about this store because I love the feel of the atmosphere. It's a must check out if you are looking for a pharmacist and their staff that cares about your needs. They have their own parking lot and drive thru and their hours are great. I love Care First! It is truly the best pharmacy that I have ever used. The customer service is impeccable and they will go out of their way to help you in any situation. The chances are slim to none for you to walk into Walgreens and have the pharmacist greet you by name. That's the stuff that happens at Care First. The store is great too. They are kind, SO FAST and they can provide great customer service to me everytime I have been there. Not once have I felt rushed or hurried. WIll not be changing anytime soon. Love this pharmacy. Great owner, great employees, and super cute store with boutique items and fudge inside. They process scripts very quickly and work with insurance and always help find coupons when they can. We even had one of the awesome staff members drop our script off in the mailbox once! It doesn't get any better than this local, family owned pharmacy. And we were so tired of dealing with the disaster that is Walgreens and CVS. read more

Unfortunately I had to use this pharmacy because the medication needed was a compound. First I dropped off my medication and was told it wouldn't be covered by my insurance (BCBS) because they don't cover compounds. I dropped my medication off on a Thursday and was told it would be ready the next day, I never received a phone call that day and figured I would give them over the weekend and call to check on Monday. Come Monday afternoon I still hadn't received a call so I called to check and was told the compound was finished in the lab but just needed to be packaged for me. I asked again if they had confirmed from my insurance that the medication was not covered and was told it would not be, I decided to call my insurance to check and see what the issue was and was told that the medication was covered but the pharmacy was told that they just needed to get a pre-auth from the doctor - I guess that was to much to ask from CareFirst to follow protocol in order to get my medication covered but thankfully I called myself to check with my insurance and did all the leg work and got the claim filed properly. Well after all this it is now Wednesday and they still do not have my medication filled. I will definitely not be using this pharmacy again. read more

When we first started with CareFirst they were a wonderful bunch of people to deal with. Unfortunately they have since developed a habit of being rude as all get out if you call them out on being wrong about something. My wife takes some high dollar meds and some companies give out discount cards for them..but only if you don't have federally funded insurance i.e-medicare, medicaid, soonercare, etc. she has BCBS federal EMPLOYEE's insurance of which she pays 100% of the premium for. They told her she couldn't use her discount cards anymore because "she has federally funded insurance" and they wouldn't get reimbursed if they took her card. We tried unsuccessfully numerous times (at least 6 times) to explain that it was not in fact federally funded and even went so far as to contact both her insurance company and the drug company themselves to clarify. Even then they wouldn't listen and went so far as to tell my wife that even if they were wrong it was now company policy to not take her card because they were tired of arguing with her. So long story short if you want to pay full price for your meds be my guest but these rude people will no longer get my $100+ every month and I hope karma bites them in the ass. read more
