I have come here over the past 2 days and made a line for my prescription both times. The kicker is that in my 40ish years of life I have never waited in line as long as I did both times at this Walgreens. I then decided I didn't want to wait in line so I would just call to check on my prescription. I was on the phone waiting for over an hour (see picture) and I never reached anyone because I got hung up on as I was waiting for OVER AN HOUR. Makes me sad to think how stressful this would be for someone who actually needed medication for something vital to their health. Horrible service! read more

Can't fill complete prescriptions, loses prescriptions, and if that isn't enough, you get to wait in line for 25+ minutes. This place is inefficient and disorganized. Def changing to a different pharmacy. Very disappointed! read more

Walgreen pharmacy is late to refill prescriptions almost every month. For example, out of the last 5 months, there were behind one or two days on refills that specifically required patients to take medication as directed. Missing one to two days a month is not a valid health plan. very poorly run pharmacy. When you call the pharmacy it is not unusual to be on hold for over an hour. Today it took 1 hour and 40 minutes to speak to someone only to find out, they still have not worked on my prescription BUT IT IS IN THEIR STACK OF 200 prescriptions they are still behind on filling. I have been a customer at Walgreens for over 20 years but it is time to make a change. Even their pharmacist said maybe try a different company because they can not keep help at their pharmacy. Does anyone have a great pharmacy they use that they can recommend? read more

If you are in real need of a prescription being filled DON'T go there! This is the third time in the last 2 months that a family member has been in dire need of medication quickly and Walgreens couldn't fill it. Their excuse has been that there are (literally) 600+ prescriptions ahead of ours, even though it was called in at 10:00am and it's 6:30pm now. They showed no compassion, no empathy... just very curt and said "we're very busy". This is no longer about an unexpected influx of requests, it's incompetence and disregard for the health and well being of the customer. Why not explain to someone who needs an antibiotic for a very serious case of pneumonia, that it might be safer to get it filled elsewhere? This exact same thing happened with my son in July. The draw that they're the "only pharmacy that fills 24 hrs a day" doesn't quite cut the mustard anymore! Though they are open 24 hours a day they don't get them filled in a reasonable amount of time. read more

The pharmacist told me they didn't have my medication and that there's nothing they can do and gave me no advice when I asked. Acted like it was my fault for inconveniencing them. I do not recommend. read more

A prescription we needed was called in last night around 8 o'clock. It is now after 2 o'clock. The following day and the prescription is still not ready. The customer service at this place is really bad!! Not to mention if you have to call to check on a prescription, your hold time is anywhere from 10-15 minutes. It also seems as though when you do finally get to speak to someone, they're rude. You can just tell from the attitude in their voice. I had to call my doctor to forward a prescription as I was out of state and this was the closest pharmacy near me. Seems like the medications also in this State is much higher than in Georgia, unless all medications got a price increase overnight that I knew nothing about. I'm a legally blind person who had to Uber to Walgreens to get my prescription over two days ago. It was supposed to be ready by noon and I came purposely after 3 pm only to find that my prescription was still not ready and I was told to just come back later on this evening after I would get a text. When asked why I wasn't texted before I came up here, I was told that they haven't had the capability to text me when they weren't on time but they would have the capability to text me when the prescription was completed. The final insult was that I was told to go to another Walgreens or a CVS because they have no control of the prescriptions!!! read more

This pharmacy is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. Every visit is at least a 20-30 minute wait. It also takes them forever to fill a prescription. Today it took over 5 hours. Definitely not the place to go if you have other options. The staff are pretty nice to work with however. read more

Called the pharmacy to check to see if they had what I needed in stock. I was very specific with what it was so there was no confusion. The pharmacist confirmed they had both items. Once I got there they said they didn't have what I was needed and said I can try another location. Never have a good experience at this place. read more

The drive thru Pharmacy line is ridiculously slow!!!! There are two pick up lanes but the second lane is rarely open!!!! The personnel are always friendly but I wish they could expedite the drive thru line(s)!!! read more

WORST WAIT TIMES EVER!! They have two drive thru lanes and they only use one. it is 1155 PM and i have bee. waiting behind ONE car for 30min!!! during the day the line is so long it wraps around the whole building. idk if this place is understaffed or what but they need to get it together!!! it's like this throughout the whole 24hrs they are open. pathetic. read more

Walgreens your neighborhood pharmacy this location is very clean and professional from service clerk to pharmacy manager. The front check out is always fast and if not they alway call for back up if three people get in line to get you out the store. The photo lab is always helpful when it come to old film or digital prints, they want ever customers happy with there photos and if they can't do it they will recommend another store that can The pharmacy here gets busy on days but usually fast, helpful with question about medication and relating products and if they don't have it behind the counter they will order it for you but some things they do go by strong DEA regulations but all around good pharmacy read more

I use to go to care first pharmacy in ba, never had any problems and loved everyone there and was treated greatly. Walgreens then went on to buy out my pharmacy that so many loved. Ever since I have had nothing but the worse service through Walgreens pharmacy and In my opinion they deserve lower than a 1 star rating if it were possible. The last 2 weeks I have had nothing but problems trying to get my medication since my dr sent it over. I have gone up there almost every night in person to figure out why they still give me a different answer to why my prescription hasn't been filled. Then yesterday after 2 weeks of being told completely something different every time by someone else I was told my prescription was out of stock and they don't expect to be getting anything else in anytime soon. Now after almost 3 weeks of being patient I'm out of my medicine and just now being told it's out of stock. I feel for the techs and pharmacist at this pharmacy, but the lack of information and service they give is just one of the worse I have ever had to deal with. Taking my time and money else where and you should too. Walgreens as a corporate needs to get their act together if they want to buy out perfectly good and loved places. Teach your workers how to actually do their job correctly and maybe you wouldn't be getting such low ratings all the time. read more

I used to get my prescriptions filled with Prime Therapeutics mail service and it wasn't too troubling, until they decided to transfer all their mail service to Walgreens. I began trying to get a prescription refilled on 8/15. As of today, it is still not in the process of be filled, despite a ridiculous number of attempts, on my part to get this done. The whole experience has forced me to conclude that they are not capable of getting this done. I won't try again. I will contact my Dr. and have all my prescriptions transferred to a brick & mortar pharmacy, only this time it will be CVS! read more

I'm giving 3 stars because I won't let one ruin it for all but I have always shopped at this store and never had an issue until now. My 5 year old son is having ear pain and I had a question about swimmers ear droos so they called the pharmacist over to help....first of all he looked irritated that he had to talk to me. Then grabbed the ear drops out of my hand and said use this one. I was wanting to know the difference but I guess being he had no time to help us he chose to be rude....so frustrating!! read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars, but sadly that is not possible. Stood in like for the kiosk at the photo booth department for over 40 mins while waiting for availability. Not only that, but after waiting in line so long a lady comes in (just casually strolls in front of me and gets the kiosk, after not even waiting in line like the others!!) so disrespectful! The other customers are left inattentive while the employees casually walk by and don't ask for help. There is plenty of employees here, that's the sad part. They need to either get more kiosks or help the people in line. It's hard to remain merry when people are disrespectful and can't even see others waiting in line. Sorry to tell you, but the world does not revolve around you. I'm in town for the holidays and am thankful that there are no Walgreens where I live right now, they need to teach their employees how to be friendly and approachable. read more

THE best example of a spectacularly TERRIBLE pharmacy! The only decent thing to be said about them is that they are open 24 hours a day. VERY pricey, extremely unfriendly, unbelievably picky, and totally non-cooperative in every respect. After 10 years here, had enough of being a complete stranger in spite of refilling over 50 scripts a month so escaped with nothing but happiness. Pharmacists have always been far too aloof to speak with {gag!} CUSTOMERS {more GAG!}. Today, me and my son stopped by the store to pick a some Senokot tablets for my husband. My son had paid for the item and was waiting for me at the front of the store. After coming out of the restroom, I stopped to look at the vitamin D tablets. I picked up the bottle, decided not to purchase it and placed it back on the shelf. As I was passing cashier Evelyn to leave the store she asked me in front of customers if I was going to pay for the vitamins. She continued to rudely and loudly ask me if I was going to pay for the vitamins. I asked her if she was excusing me of stealing vitamins. She continued to rudely asks if I was going to pay for the vitamins. Needless to say, me and my son were the only African Americans in the store. She didn't asked other customers who were in the store that picked up items they decided not to purchase "if they were going to pay for it", before leaving the store. I told Evelyn I wanted to talk with the manager, because I did not appreciate her excusing me of stealing. She called someone on the phone and told the person,"she is standing here wanting to talk with you". Darion, shift leader final came after 5 or 6 minutes to visit with me after Evelyn called her for the second time. I explained to Darion that Evelyn excused me of stealing vitamins. I told her I patronize Walgreens regularly and don't appreciate being excused of stealing. I assume Darion was the person monitoring the camera, because she was very apologetic when talking with me. I asked Darion for the Corporate Office number she gave me the store managers contact number. I called the corporate office to report my experience at BA store #07821. read more
