They are constantly busy and there are usually enough people behind the counter ready to check you out. Only once has the employee been too busy with inventory and had me wait a couple of minutes. I wasn't in a hurry so no big deal but even then, I thought it was a bit rude for her to choose continuing her counting rather than help me. Besides that, great service, cleanliness, and I love the products they carry (Bimbo bread, and cheese Ruffles!). It's also convenient that they have an ATM that charges only 2.50 to withdraw and you can get money orders there too.

I've called their support line multiple times, reached out through the app and even went back to the store where I purchased gas to see if they could fix it. Now I'm getting overdrafts. Their only response is "it can take up to ten days for the charges to be reversed." That's not acceptable. If I walked out of their store with merchandise I didn't pay for I could be arrested. But they can post fraudulent charges and it's legal?? I'll never make a purchase at K&G again!

Kudos to the guys working here, they always seem to be smiling and having a good time. Their coffee is pretty decent and cheap. The Mocha Charger is yummy. They always have some kind of deals or promotions going on like 2 monsters for $5 or 2 candy bars for $2. Also, the last time I came in I noticed a sign that says that Kum & Go is the only convenience store that participated in the U.S Green Building Council's LEED Volume program. No big deal I ordered the Molokai chicken plate and my son got the Honolulu chicken plate. I also got a side of pineapple and my son got a side of spam musubi. The portion size was generous! The chicken was TENDER. The rice was cooked perfectly and the macaroni salad put that Walmart macaroni salad to SHAME! It was delicious! My son who doesn't like macaroni salad completely cleared his plate! He basically inhaled the spam musibi and I'll say the side of fresh pineapple was delicious! I was completely stuffed and there wasn't a crumb left between us. For a franchise it's really excellent and I highly recommend! I will be back soon!
