    A focus on Customer Service might help. I custom ordered a 2-tier cake for pickup this afternoon. The cake was their Shimmering Elegance 2-tier Gold cake with some special modifications - things like no flowers, make the tiers match using the gold marbling on both tiers, rather than their lower tier having gold flecks. I had also indicated at the time of ordering I wanted two sets of Roman Numerals on top of the cake to represent the ages. I asked if these could be placed as described: one number 1/2 moon along the top of the top tier and one number 1/2 moon along the bottom of the top tier because I had a special order cake topped that would go in the middle of the cake. I was assured there would be no problem with the requests. When the cake was presented to me, it WAS a 2-tier cake - but that ALL that was correct about the 'custom' cake. There was no gold marbling, there was no lettering on the top - just a plain, white cake (which I honestly think I could've done at home). After some dialogue about this was NOT what had been ordered, they threw the roman numerals on the cake in 2 straight rows, right in the middle of the cake in RED. It was also communicated their printer was messed up and they couldn't do the gold marbling. So, in my mind I feel a quick phone call to me with this information could have given me the option to maybe transfer the order to another store whose printer was not messed up. In the end, a 20% discount was granted on a shimmering gold cake - which had no gold whatsoever on it. Let's just hope like heck it tastes better than it looks. I don't normally complain much about things - but this was a very special occasion and the cake should have been created with the 'customs' requested - OR maybe help to figure out how to make this order right (by using another store, etc). Just BUYER BEWARE when ordering a custom cake. One photo was the starting point of their custom cake and the other photo is what was created for me.

    What a crock these and Walmart's are becoming. Hire more employees to help with checkout instead of forcing us to use self checkout That drives me crazy every time I'm in one of these places. What happened to the bedrock this corporation was built on. Customer service was always #1 but now it's been thrown out the window completely.

    Constantly changing layout, not consistent with items that are staples. Too crowded and waste of time trying to find items.

    It is good when you buy a lot , but you buy not much , I would suggest to go to Walmart instead!

    I wish I could leave a review with less than one star…read more I haven't been here is a very long time but our insurance quit allowing Walgreens so, here we are. My second visit back and the pharmacy either sent a prescription of mine home with someone else, a HIPPAA violation, or lost the order from the Dr or the bottle of pills somewhere in the store. It was not explained to me very well at all, probably because they did send my prescription home with someone else, a HIPPAA violation, which they aren't eager to advertise. They also said they weren't able to get in touch with the issuing Dr, that I'd have to do that myself, to get the lost prescription reordered. Next I tried to order some OTC pills from their website to be delivered to my house. They completely coitused that up as well. Instead of the pills I ordered, I received two bottles of lotion. So after a 15 minute phone call with CVS customer service, I'm allegedly going to be receiving my original order soon. I do get to keep the lotion I was sent so I guess someone will get some nice lotion for some gift giving holiday since I have no use for it at all. Finally, this location is always trashy. People, including employees, open mouth coughing with no attempt to cover their mouths, is a regular feature. The parking lot is covered with trash, always. No matter if they've just opened or at any other point in the day. The same is true of the inside. Stains are the dominant feature of the carpeting. A vague poop odor is the prevailing smell inside the store. There is also ALWAYS a line at the Rx counter and it usually extends past the end of the isle and wraps around toward the next isle over. So trips to pick up prescriptions are often a twenty+ minute ordeal. This place is horrible in every way you can imagine.

I can say FOR SURE they have THEE worst drive thru set up I have EVER seen. I hate CVS as a company, but this pharmacy will have me going out of network and paying another price for my prescriptions just so I don't have to give them my money.
