OK, every QT I have been in, has been a "destination"....not just a place. . There is one a bit west of where I live......and thank God in heaven there will be to the east BY I-19 RIGHT off Valencia on your way North or South. I was so happy. Give it a try. I have not ever had a bad meal here, though it is different than McDonalds or Burger King. MUCH DIFFERENT......its FRESH and healthy. It has SO many choices, and so many choices to eat, as well as one of my favorites. Jalapeno, cheese hotdog. Oh yeah baby! Turkey and cheese healthy sandwiches you dress them yourselves, hot dogs, tamales, fruit and yogurt and a lot of other things. Just love this store. Gas is inexpensive........., and EVERONE is pleasant as you walk in. We have choices to go......way to go QT. Customer service is first........food....second!! I have gotten a turkey and Swiss cheese sammish, and been allowed to add all the stuff I want (jalapenos baby!!!!!). Love them. Ate then back and forth from another place, and they were always great. Let me start off by saying that this used to be my favorite QT and I am a frequent customer here. However, tonight highlighted the things that have been wrong with it for several months now. I do not know if the night crew is stressed out or if their give a crap factor has finally hit rock bottom. This store is always out of something in stock or one of their employees forgot to do something earlier in the day in preparation for the other shifts. I am normally very patient and understanding when things go out of stock or are not replenished but, when it is repetitive it gets really annoying quick. There has been several occasions where the frozen coffee/cappuccinos, frozen icee's or iced tea dispensers were not replenished or the QT Kitchen forgot to replenish something, etc. The list goes on. I think if the employees would have had a better attitude tonight or offered to make things right then I would be fine and this review would be far different. Let me point out that it is not all of the employees on the night crew are bad. The girl that works the QT Kitchen is amazing and helpful. The pizzas that she makes are on point and delicious. The other two guys that work on the night crew need trained on customer service skills. My son and I stopped there tonight to order a pizza (they are the bomb). My youngest wanted me to pick him up a cinnamon pretzel with frosting. No problem. While ordering the pretzel, I noticed that they had the pumpkin pie pretzels back in. Booooommmm!!! My day was made! Only to have it crushed when the other guy that works in the QT kitchen informed his counterpart that "So and so didn't put any out earlier today and they have to thaw out for 6 hours." Say what?! The girl behind the counter offered to make me any other type that they had but, I wanted that one. Even though I was frustrated, I still understood. It just highlights the fact that they are always out of something or someone didn't do what they were supposed to do. While waiting for our food I noticed that when the girl at the QT Kitchen sat down my sons pretzel on the counter, about 20 flies flew up from that area. WTF?! I pointed out to her counterpart that there was a ton of flies around their kitchen. He simply stated in a who care attitude "Yea, we have called that in along with a lot of other things that need fixed." Either they are not getting the support they need or someone else doesn't have the sense of urgency to fix things that are wrong. Hmmmm. I then went to the counter to pay for our stuff and the guy behind the counter acted like it was no big deal that our visit sucked. At any other QT they would have given either free drinks or apologized for not having what was needed. I am over never knowing if they are going to have what I want at this location. I will drive the extra 10 minutes and hit the one by I-19 or go to the one on Ajo. It is truly sad to see a once phenomenal store go to the wayside. read more

Stopped in after a concert at the casino. The location was very clean and the cashier was friendly. They have a ton of food and drink options for reasonable prices. I got a frozen caramel latte. It tasted pretty good considering it was probably all sugar. read more

They're Pretty quick that's why they're Quik-trip lmao but real solid gas station go there all the time for my needs.

This place is super clean! The store, the gas station, and the restrooms. The staff is super friendly. They have a mini frosty/burger spot in the store and you can digitally order on a touch screen. The gas prices are competitive and they normally drop during the weeknights. There soda fountains have cubed ice-love that:) and they are conveniently on an intersection with a light signal. read more

Cheapest QT in town! Cheapest prices for Top Tier guaranteed gas! Their air nozzle isn't broken like some of the others. But if it does break, should be immediately replaced! Clean, well-managed, no city sales tax on in-store purchases. The lower-lock on the fuel flow controls need to be replaced. Fix those and ill give 5 stars. QT an Oklahoma private company. The other disadvantage is this station is far away from the city. What does that say about the City of Tucson? Go here & receive great service, or go to the non-Top Tier gas Circle K & get robbed? Out of all QTs I been too in Tucson this location has become now become my least favorite after kitchen staff was really rude when I had asked her if they can do a minor change to my order even if I had to pay extra. She refused to provide that excellent service I'm used to seeing given to every customer. (I would understand if she was back to back in orders that prevent her from doing it but my order was the only one she had to fix) very disappointed and shocked that even other QT kitchen staff in town will do it with no problem with back to back orders just saying. read more
