I went to try the breakfast and it was actually really good. Drove by and really didn't think anything about the place because lately the sandwich's have been pretty bad and seem to get smaller but price goes up. I tried 3 breakfast selections. * Sandwich with cheese, egg & bacon. Good * Bacon, egg, cheese burrito was really good. They use regular tortillas also not those mission terrible ones. It's not a microwave burrito also * Chorizo, eggs & cheese was also very good. Real tortilla and not microwaved fake burro. I would recommend to try them read more

Came in for lunch. I was tended to by very friendly staff. Helpful and patient while I ordered. Food was great, every bite was fresh and the eegees of the month Peach and berry was also very tasty. Thank you for the speedy service, will be back again. read more

When you go through the drive through please make sure you don't give them your card because they will add a tip for them self and not give you a receipt with the total on it, only of what you ordered money hungry for 3 extra bucks read more

Save your money and go to slice and ice eegees has gone to trash no one knows what there doing there don't even bother ordering online or they'll just forget about it completely took over an hour to get all my order $60 worth just to get soggy bread and disappointment wasn't even hungry by the time this whole situation was over read more

Soggy sandwiches (deluxe grinder and original grinder), wrapper wrapped up in both sandwiches, cold fries, no iced tea, no frozen eegees besides mango and pineapple and all this after waiting at drive thru for over 10 minutes with only one car in front of us. Will be back but not within the last of hour of being open, or this particular location unfortunately... read more

Disappointing Service and Unwelcoming Attitude at Drive-Thru My recent experience at this Eegees' drive-thru left a bitter taste in my mouth, and it had nothing to do with their frozen treats. The woman taking orders at the drive-thru window sounded like she would rather be anywhere else but there, displaying an unfriendly and bothered demeanor throughout the entire transaction. From the moment we pulled up to the speaker, it was evident that this employee lacked any semblance of customer service skills. Her responses were curt and lacked any hint of friendliness. It was as if we were inconveniencing her by placing an order. After each item we ordered, her robotic and annoyed voice would chime in with a monotonous "anything else?" that made us feel like we were burdening her with our choices. We decided to end our order and take our business elsewhere. It comes as no surprise that the reviews for this particular Eegees store are as low as they are. The abysmal service we received is not in line with the standards I have come to expect from other Eegees locations. It's no wonder that the store was practically empty on a bustling Saturday night in busier area of town. I strongly urge the management of this Eegees location to prioritize customer service training. It's clear that the current staff is not capable of providing a satisfactory customer experience. I sincerely hope that the management takes these criticisms to heart and works towards creating a more customer-centric environment. Until then, I cannot recommend this location. One star because 0/5 is not an option. read more

This location consistently has issues and is NOT on level with the other stores in Tucson. For one, they can't make simple changes to orders (like adding buffalo ranch to the tender combo meal) without having a brain aneurism. We gave this location one last chance tonight and ordered for their delivery. This is the amount of COLD fries included in the 4 piece tender meal. This was almost the exact same amount that was given in my childs KIDS meal. They also forgot my drink, so for $12 I got a few cold fries and no drink. We won't be back to this location. read more

eegee's - Fries included with the 4 piece tender meal. - Fast Food Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

We love Eegee's. It's been great for lunch. 5" Tuna Sub for me, 8'' Italian for husband. Today we went for lunch and there's no 5" Tuna or 8" Italian. Now it's half or whole subs. Way too much for lunch so we ended up throwing away food. I'm sure there was waste on their part with left over bread, but darn it, the sizes were perfect. Now we're on the hunt for another place to get subs for lunch. Eegee's - rethink your decision. You're a Tucson institution and have been successful for 40 years for a lot of reasons. Your food is a bit unique and you catered to what sold well. I'm sorry to leave you...... read more

the service was amazing! i appreciate the team for allowing me to place a last minute party order and they still managed to have it ready for me on time! definitely will be recommending any future party orders to THIS location. :) 401 w valencia rd. read more

Drove up to order. Stuck up attitude from the worker. No greetings nor reasons as to why their location is closed. They need to fix their hours online. The worker could've apologized and said they're closed. All questions were answered with "we're closed" super annoying. Thanks Eegee's you've lost my interest in coming back. read more

I was the first to review this location when they opened last summer and I was hoping they were just having growing pains. It's 7 months later and they have not matured at all. I have been back several times and it's not any better. They frequently don't have menu items, waits are long, they can't take cash/card, orders are incomplete or wrong. Today we waited in line for 15 minutes before getting to order and AFTER we placed our order were asked if we were paying by card. Told them we had cash and she says "Could you give us exact change ?" Told her no, we had a $20 for an $8.47 order and she says "OK, but I don't think we will be able to give you change". This is it for me. I won't be going back to this location even though it's 5 minutes from my house. I've read the other reviews and I don't think I'm the only one. read more

I bought a kids chicken tender meal (with fries) and a separate medium fry yesterday (9/01/23) at 5:19pm. The only thing my son and I both had that were the same were the fries. He started throwing up at 12:30am and continued to for hours. I started throwing up at 5:30am and hopefully threw up for my last time at 12:30pm. I have eaten there plenty of times before but once I get food poisoning from somewhere I will never recommend them again. read more

food is ku because it's eegees but service is pretty wack. Homie let me sit at the window for 5 minute before opening it to tell me the lobby was closed... do better y'all. I just wanted to order an Eegee. Couldn't turned a 3 star into an easy 5 star. read more

Super slow here dnt come here took us 20 min to get our food no line but sure wanted to take care of the drive they first then walk ups

So again I'm trying eegees as I always loved eegees until recently. I ordered a grinder and a large fry. The grinder tasted dry and no dressing in it the lettuce was old and soggy. The fries I grew up loving were old and greasy like they were just sitting there and not even salted I hate to day this but ever since eegees went corporate the quality sire has tanked. Hope you all get your act together and get back to what uses to be the best in town read more

I love eegees but the one you can skip go to the next down the road. Everyone is texting on the phone and making tik toks manager smoking right at the front door of the cooking area. Just bad read more

Just common lunch food, not bad but nothing special or really tasty. I'd stay with the salad for an easy lunch.

I placed an order for a 3 ft. Eegee's grinder on wheat bread 3 days in advance of when I needed it. On the day I go to pick up my order, I go to the window and tell the young woman my name and what I was picking up. She leaves and comes back and says "what was the name again"? I hand her my paper invoice with my printed name and item ordered. She hands it back to me. Another few minutes pass and she asks again, "what was the name again"? She comes back and says it'll be 5-10 minutes. Time passes and she comes to me the 4th time and asks again, "what was the name again"? At this point I was loosing my patience with this location. After a few more minutes she hands me the 3 ft. sub. I get home, unwrap it, start to cut it up, and it's white bread with ham and cheese!! Not at all what I ordered. From now I'll drive 45 minutes to my favorite location on Broadway. read more

Worst eegees in town. No one ever answers at the drive through so people just sit there for forever trying to get an order. Super slow in making the food read more

Spending time in Tucson, one can't help noticing a chain of restaurants called eegees. My curiosity got the best of me and I decide to try one. I ordered in person and was greeted by an extraordinary young lady who was smiling, cheerful and helpful. I think she really liked working for eegees. She described eegees as a Subway on steroids. I ordered a club sandwich, fries and a soda but I should point out that eegees specializes in fruit flavored slushees if you are into that sort of thing. The food arrived and I dug in. I should note a bias of mine before I comment. I don't like cold sandwiches and the club sandwich I got was cold. So right from the get go, I was going to be a little disappointed. Even so, I found the bread uninspiring and the combination of ingredients less than titillating. The krinkle cut fries were great and were served with a side of fine ranch dressing. All in all, I prefer subway. They will toast the sandwich and you get your choice of toppings. But you can't get fries or fruit slushies at Subway, so that's the trade-off. read more
