Turns out they were a bit disorganized and overwhelmed inside. Other patrons had been waiting for upwards of 10 minutes and the staff kept having to ask people what their numbers were. I had the same experience. Luckily my fries were hot and the tea was as sweet as expected, so no issues there. Store was clean and in good shape.
