We've been watching this store being built for the last few months and have anxiously been waiting on it to open. Well it finally did this past week. I stopped in on day two and got a couple of pizzas to go. They made them fresh and it only took a about ten minutes. They were $8 each but I didn't think that was too bad. They tasted great. The crust has a night chew to it and the toppings were plentiful. The store itself is nice. It's laid out well and there's plenty of room inside. The restrooms are also really nice and roomy. Gas, as of tonight, was one cent cheaper than their competitor across the road. Overall, I'm impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the building. I hope they can keep it up.

This one you tend to forget about because it is in a congested area on a corner and you are always taking this short cut to get to the other side of town. They have been known to put regular coffee beans into the decaf grinder and regular coke into the Diet Coke. Covered up moldy ceiling tiles with PAINT. Buc-ee's is more than a gas station... it's an experience! This one sits a little past halfway on the Nashville-to-Atlanta drive, so a lot of us hit it often, and that's my main gripe: it is way, way too crowded. Almost every visit, even off-peak, there's traffic just getting off the highway and into the lot. They don't manage it well for a lot this size, and it always feels like you're one distracted driver away from a fender bender. Parking is tough, sometimes requiring circling around or parking far away. I come here mostly for the clean bathrooms, so having to wait in line for the women's restroom on two recent visits felt outrageous given there must be fifty stalls in there. Inside, weird and tasty snacks galore. Everyone says get the brisket and jerky, but insiders know the breakfast burritos are the true star, fresh-made flour tortillas and all. The highlight of my last stop was dill pickle sour straws, handed out as samples, excellent. The sugar-roasted candied pecans look tempting but are rarely actually fresh and warm at this location, which is frustrating. Then there's a warehouse-worth of home goods, clothing, house supplies, and anything you can print a Bucc-ee on. The t-shirts are my favorite, absurdly soft, my fave for sleeping in. This spot is ultimately still a classic Buc-ee's experience. But the crowds and the traffic and the general hassle make me think twice about stopping. Gas here is cheap, though not the cheapest on the route.

Staff within the store, as well as, in the cafe have always been super friendly, helpful & willing to accommodate. Opens at 6 AM during the week & 7 AM on the weekends. 7 days a week. The only convenience store we go to in this area of Ellijay!

When I found out last year that Harry's had a walk-in humidor at this location I was super excited. I do prefer my local tobacco shop but he is closed on the weekends. Harry's hours are a little better and I was happy about a different variety. They carry a variety from Gherka (sp) to Cohiba and some bundle packs. My most recent visit, the first thing I noticed when I went in was that the room felt dry. I've noticed several times in the past that there were a couple of very small boveda packs laying on the shelf. I didn't know if they were for sale or were being used for humidification. Either way, they were bone dry. The cigars are no different. Each and every time I buy, I have to let my cigars sit in my humidor for weeks to allow them to absorb some humidity. This recent time I was planning on buying a sampler pack in a humidifier package, but they no longer carried those. So I left without purchasing any cigars. I do not recommend this store for cigar purchasing. Order them or check out the local shop that's owned by a Vietnam veteran.

This station has ripped me off by stealing my card information 2 different times. One was at the…read morepump and one was inside. My neighbor has also had this happen to him at this station. They also charge what they want to charge as I have gotten coffee at three different stations in one week. 1 was $1.35, the next was $1.30, and the third she tried to charge me $1.46. After complaining, she dropped it to $.96 as these are refills. There are no prices on their products, so I asked why, so you can charge what ever you feel like. My point was proven with the coffee situation.
