That tells me this wasn't a one-time mistake--it seems to be a recurring problem. It's frustrating because the kitchen is clearly doing its job, but the front-of-house operation is not. The quality of the service simply doesn't match the quality of the food. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. This restaurant has the potential to be outstanding, but if the service issues continue, it's going to drive customers away despite how good the food is.
