I placed an online order for pickup at this location, and arrived shortly after. The young lady behind the counter promptly gave me my drink cups, which I filled and took to my vehicle. I then went back into the restaurant and stood near the counter in the online pickup designated area. For 45 minutes, the young lady working the counter went about her way helping other customers, retrieving orders, etc. She made eye contact with me several times, but never acknowledged or asked about my order again. Not that she didn't know I was there, as I quietly stood next to the counter this whole time. I finally asked about my order, and she walks around the corner to the back and quickly comes back with it. HOW LONG WAS IT SITTING BACK THERE READY AND SHE NEVER MADE ANY EFFORT TO TELL ME??? I had literally been standing next to the counter for 45 minutes! I'm 6'4"! It's not like she couldn't see me standing there knowing I was waiting on my food!
