I called ahead asking about something and they said it was fine and when i got here it was a different story and the lady taking my order gave a bit of an attitude and on my order I had gotten and kids me with nuggets and fries and dr pepper, we completely did not get the fries or the toy and then the same lady that took my order asked for my receipt like she didn't just take my order 5 seconds ago. this was my first time eating inside the north side chick fil a and It was horrible service. Came to this location and was possibly the poorest service received from a chick fil an establishment I made a mobile order that was not ready at the window yet which was understandable so then I was pulled up to wait for the rest of my order when only my drinks were given to me, after the 15 minute wait for my food I was missing an entree and had to wait yet again for the completion of my order that took my visit about 30-45 minutes and unfortunately delayed my road trip an whole hour back. read more

They have extra diapers and wipes in the bathroom in case you have a baby with you and forget your supplies. Also a stool in the bathroom for kids to wash their hands. The worst CFA I've been to I waited 20 minutes after ordering only to receive *cold* food from a server who just dropped our food down on the table and left. We were on a time crunch, but wanted to sit down for a meal as we've been traveling recently. Unfortunately, we were there just as long as a proper restaurant. She has been ordering like this for years at various locations and never had an issue. My daughter is very polite & soft spoken young lady ; I was disappointed that the worker treated her very rudely unlike any Chick-fil-A employee we have ever encountered. The lady also went out of her way to charge her extra for something that was already included in the meal. As far as fast food, we only go to Chic-filet and usually have great service, consistency in food, and a drive-thru that is efficient. Our experience with this Abilene location is a fail on all accounts. We waited through a lengthy inefficient drive-thru to be told to go wait off in a parking lot...The food was less than par. I always order the sandwich back and California and they always find ways to say yes to me, but will be a bit of a wait time.
