Another store closing down. I was more part of the skate scene, but I'd occasionally find cute things from Quiksilver too. The service was excellent and the sales clerk helped clarify policies at the register. Needed to do some last-minute shopping before going to a party and forgot my hat at home since the weather is starting to warm up. Didn't intend to visit the store, but figured instead of going to Target I could get another souvenir at another closing store. My head is kinda bug, but luckily I found a cool one in the men's section of all places (great protip btw). The store was clean and well-organized. The prices were still kinda high, but it's quality stuff so I think it's still worth it. Even though I was part of the skate scene, I still lived near the beach when I was a teen so naturally I'd hang out at the beach in the summer and would rock some cute tops from Roxy. Love love LOVE the Roxy logo! Don't often shop here now that I'm older and, but whenever I'm hanging out with friends at the spectrum we do pay a visit and reminisce about what we did as kids. I enjoy coming to this Quicksilver because they have a great selection of clothing and their staff is very friendly. They always greet tou when you walk in which is a plus. They usually have a sale section which is nice too. I like their style of clothes. Their chair in the waiting area is comfortable but they don't always have it there. read more

I've been buying Quiksilver clothing online for over 16 years and have always had great service and received my items without issue. Now, the last 2 orders have been a nightmare! If it's been online it's been available but now that doesn't hold true! The customer service rep also lies. I asked if Quiksilver had changed hands or sold and he said "no", bold face lie. I've had to call and ask for my refunds on "out of stock items" instead of them just processing when the rest of my order ships. So if you don't call and ask for a refund you won't get it! New ownership has obviously brought on these issues. This will be my last order for quite some time. read more

Today is 7/31/24. On 6/29/24, I placed an order for swimsuits - same size as we have gotten in this brand from TJ Maxx/Ross locally. My husband loves the brand. Loves how they dry fast. They came in his size and were no where near close to fitting him. Frustrating because it took a while to get them which is surprising in this day when things come so quick in my experience. Returned them next day. Still waiting for the return to process and get my money back. I've reached out to customer service and the last email does state they received them on 7/18. If there were an option for 0 stars, that would still be too many. 2 of my last 3 orders have been lost in transit. What used to take 1 week for my order to arrive in Hawaii, now takes over a month. Ever since Authentic Brands Group bought quiksilver, everything is a nightmare. read more

I've been by the store several times and no one has ever in there. I think these kids are in the customer prevention department. Why would you hire non-salesman type people to work in a retail store? You better check your human resource manager, whoever hired these people needs to be replaced. They are really nice kids, but they don't know how to sell anything. Nightmare customer service. Zero Empathy, Stone Cold response. "You made a mistake, your're fault". "You wont receive a refund if you cancel". On June 2nd, I submitted my purchase, mistakenly applying the wrong address, off by one digit. 6/3/24: I called Roxy Inc. customer service at 855-488-0185 and spoke to Numemi (spelling). I was blatantly told, your fault, cannot change the label and I would not be refunded. I called again that day and was advised by another customer service, that the package had not been picked up yet, they could not change the label for a Fed-Ex Pick up. Calling Fed-Ex, I was advised, they needed the senders Fed-Ex number, thus I called Foxy again. 3 calls to Roxy on 6/3/24. In addition, I sent an email to the Customer service dept. Fed-Ex picked up the package on 6/3. 6/4/24: I spoke with another customer service person; hey advised Roxy's policy prohibits them from changing address. I responded, surely someone can call Fed-Ex and change the address. I then asked to speak to a Supervisor of Customer Service; this was 6/4/24. On 6/5/24, I called Fed-Ex, the package was in transit but not due to arrive to the Texas location until 6/6, the Fed-Ex rep was kind and recommended I call back on 6/6 for further transit detail. Shortly after the Fed-Ex Call, I called Roxy Customer Service again on 6/5 and spoke to a representative advising them; I had not received a return email from Customer Service nor had the Customer Service Supervisor called me. I was advised again, by customer service, they could not resolve the address issue. I then asked again for the Supervisor and requested they please take action. I was placed on hold, after a several minutes, the Customer Service person, said the Supervisor submitted a claim with Fed-Ex correcting the address, the Supervisor would not speak with me. To that end, I called Fed-Ex again and spoke to a lovely Rep. They advised the claim was received and the address would be corrected as soon as it arrived, ETA 6/6/24 - for further detail, I would need to review transit history or call back on 6/7/24. Roxy's customer service is by far the worse I have ever experienced; I am a Sr in my field and an educated person. They treat their customers with disrespect, they are arrogant, lack empathy, and refuse to listen to the VOC (voice of the customer. As of 6/7/2024: the Supervisor, never returned my call nor has Roxy returned the email sent to them June 3, 2024 @ 9:10 am; customerservice@ecom.roxy.com (email on their web site). I gave them 1 star, it should be zero stars. read more

I got a shirt from the place a couple of months ago. I forgot and haven't tried it and finally I did. Unfortunately its too big. Tried to exchange but They don't do any returns or refund. Such a waste... Make sure you keep the receipt then they might. I guess that's why people use Amazon these days read more

I needed to get my kid some clothes for his trip to college, so we popped into Quiksilver. It was my first-time clothes shopping since the pandemic hit, so I wasn't sure what to expect.  My kid had a wishlist and store guy Joe helped us with it.  He was like one of Santa's elves (only significantly taller) gathering all our items. He also had some good cold weather suggestions that my SoCal kid didn't have on his list.  Kind of important given my tyke was heading to a snowy state.  Thanks to Joe for making our shopping spree "Quik" and easy. read more

Love love love this location! I have been shopping here since I was a teenager. The staff is incredibly nice and always super helpful. They are not as big as some of the other locations but still have a good selection. I especially love shopping here during the summer time for swimwear and dresses. So many cute bikinis to pick from. I'm a beach girl so the majority of my clothes are surf brands. Roxy is definitely a reliable brand that I wear year after year. I love that I can run in when I see something in the online store that I absolutely must have now! Used to shop at Quicksilver in Laguna but this location is my number one go to. read more

I love Quicksilver, good quality clothes at a decent price. I came in last night ( 12/7/19 ) to get my dad a few Christmas gifts and with out fail found exactly what I was looking for with exceptional service and Christmas cheer from Scott and the wonderful new hire he was training. My daughter used to work at the store in Laguna and she out fitted me pretty well with awesome Quick gear throughout her time there. I always seem to do well at Quiksilver. It's marketed as a surfer/skater type of brand, but it really has appeal to a far greater demographic than just fans of those two sports. I've always liked their style. Unlike some brands that appeal to the more edgy crowd, Quiksilver keeps it more mellow, which I prefer. The great thing about this spot is they always have great sales. Their prices are awesome. I seem to always score when I walk into this outlet store. read more

Unfortunately this store is focused on more of the surfer lifestyle wear instead of actual surfing gear (unless I missed this on clearance somehow?). Since the end of summer usually signals sales I thought I'd see if there were any wetsuits for sale but they didn't seem to carry any. Place is also inhabited by teens. read more

One of my favorite stores at the spectrum. I enjoy shopping here when I can. The employees are friendly and helpful when it comes to getting hard to reach items or a fitting room. The store is a bit small compared to the Laguna / Huntington Beach locations, and doesn't have a whole lot of selection. There's tons of stuff available online that isn't available in store. However, you can order through the store and have anything you like shipped directly to your home. Overall, a nice store with nice employees. I'll continue to shop here as time goes by. read more

I cannot believe the good reviews about service here. Service at this branch was TERRIBLE, and we shop at Quiksilvers everywhere. We were surprised. No acknowledgement or greeting while we were in the store. We came here on a Saturday evening. The workers were looking at their cell phones!! You would think they would be busy, but they were disinterested in their customers. They saw us walking around, but flat out ignored us. There are other Quiksilver branches out there with more attentive service. We will not be returning. read more

Love this store! Brenton and Kelly are super nice and very helpful! Whenever we go in, we are always greeted with friendly smiles and they go out of their way to help us out! Also, the clothes and apparel selection is awesome! My husband and I spent most of the day searching for an outdoor backpack. After spending countless hours going from store to store and finding mediocre backpacks in the $150-$260 range, we went to Quicksilver. Quicksilver had the perfect backpack and the price was way less than other retailers! Not to mention the phenomenal service we received from Brenton and Kelly! Definitely be back soon! read more

I didn't get to catch their names, but the staff here are amazing! We came a few days ago and purchased sandals, but my boyfriend has flat feet and didn't realize that the bump on the sandals were uncomfortable for him.
