Four mechanics were busy working on cars parked about the lot and garage. The owner's nephew said they could get on my tire immediately. The cost was $30 which I thought was on the high side. I needed the tire fixed right away so I agreed. It took about 30 minutes but they got the job done. They inspected the repair by water immersion to verify the fix. Kudos and major thanks for getting on my tire so quickly. I cannot speak to how they would do for major repairs but I would definitely trust them for smaller repairs and installations.

Because it's isolated, you're only dealing with gas customers. You're not having to find a way to weave through general shoppers & their quest to get the best parking spot possible. It feels so much more relaxed and streamlined. I wish more Costco gas stations were like this. Prices are, as always, great. The lowest price in the area we could find. It's also located on a corner so it's even easier to get in and out of. It was one of the fastest fill ups I've ever had at a Costco Gas station. The photo area is always unmanned-- I end up standing there for several minutes before having to track someone down. Customer service is hit or miss, and the checkout lanes remain crowded together with little regard for spacing. My most recent experience was especially frustrating. I stopped in quickly on my way to an event to purchase deodorant, only to find that the barcode wouldn't scan. A passing employee confirmed there was no price in the system at all. After already waiting in line several minutes, this was the final straw-- I left without making a purchase. For such a common item not to even appear in inventory shows a lack of organization and attention to detail. This store gives the impression of being poorly managed and not customer-focused.
