It was noontime and the lady inside seemed to be running things on her own, so it took her a few minutes to finish processing the orders of the 6 folks already waiting for their food before she could take our order. She handed us our little foil packets immediately after payment, so these rolls were obviously pre-made. Inside were some no-frills lobster rolls: untoasted rolls filled with chunks of lobster meat and mayo with paprika sprinkles; no celery, scallions, tarragon, etc. that we could detect.
