I've tried their Tiger Milk Tea, which tastes like sweetened milk. The guava tea tasted artificial. The peach green is, surprisingly, not all that bad. Okay, our family has quickly become addicted to Quickly. I'm currently working my way down the "Snow" menu. My daughter is working her way through the Milk Tea menu. My wife keeps jumping around the menu. I don't think anyone has had a bad drink yet. We have tried the calamari and popcorn chicken. Both were good. Always busy. Seriously~ from almond to tiger milk, avocado to oreo, you have to come back in order to taste all the options. Other than drinks, Quickly offers some tasty fried treats to satisfy. The snow tea is my go-to favorite style, and they do not disappoint here! The decor is really minimal, which makes it feel like a place to get in/ get out fast than chill with your friends. I have nothing to complain about. There was a pretty long line when my friends and I got there but it went pretty fast. The drinks came pretty fast too. A lot of props to the employees for handling that rush well. I got a tiger milk tea. It was pretty bland at first but I asked if they could make it over. They apologized and fixed it. I kept telling a co-worker of mine's about egg puffs and how awesome they are, so we went to Quickly's to get some! Lots of students, but that's cause it's across from the JC and students love nothing more than cheap food and drinks. I ordered a coffee slush, and my co-worker ordered a drink (can't remember at the current moment) with boba in it. We both ordered different types of egg puffs, and they were actually pretty good! Freshly made, hot and steaming. The ONLY downside is that they don't have sweet condensed milk to dip the egg puffs!! I was just so appalled cause usually cafes or boba places that serve egg puffs will also serve sweet condensed milk. It is not a REAL Quickly's until they have some. Maybe they have it now, but at the same I went (which was last summer), they did not. How can a boba place not have sweet condensed milk!? That's like a burger place not having ketchup for fries. This Quickly's didn't leave an amazing impression on me, but if you're around the area and you want some cheap eats, Quickly's will serve that purpose. read more

FIVE STARS for having a boba place in SR for my boba fixes !!! The average prices for a small cup is $2.50, compared to a boba place in RP for almost $4, Q is quite inexpensive. I will try each flavor until I taste everything from the menu board. I love lychee, taro and anything tropical except the guava slush. I love mixing taro and custard in my drink. Most boba places in other Quickly areas of the Bay has stamp cards. I hope they will start having reward points for loyal customers in the future. read more

This just happened 5 mins ago. I ordered a hot drink which took quite a while and I understand that it typically takes longer to prepare than a cold drink. What I didn't expect was to see my drink mixed in a plastic tub (think leftovers Glad plastic tub) and microwaved. I completely understand that my standards for boba are higher coming from LA and the Quickly chain normally just mixes powder and water. But microwaving? You can even afford a water boiler? When I asked the lady who "prepared" my drink if she used the microwave, she rolled her eyes, shrugged, and said "yes" without an apology or excuse. I'm so flabbergasted. I would be more understanding if something was broken but she acted like I'm ridiculous for even asking. I don't need your eye-rolls; I can microwave my own drink at home. read more

I've tried lots of boba places and I must say I was greatly disappointed in this place. I ordered two jasmine milk teas (one with half sugar) and was charged twice as much for the one with half sugar. I was told it was due to the other jasmine milk tea being pre-made and the one with less sugar had to be made specially. Really? My drink wasn't even fresh? :( I've been to boba places like tapioca express, tea station, verde, half and half, purple cow, pleantea and much more and never have I ever had a boba drink be pre-made. My drink tasted like it was made from powder or syrup and not actual tea. I guess this is what you pay for cheap boba teas. Interior looked poorly decorated as well. Sad that one of the first boba places that opened in Santa Rosa is not very tasty. I would rather drive to the city to find better fresh tasting boba drinks. read more

First time I went there is was great but more than ever I can taste the powder that didn't dissolve which tasted terrible. the parking lot there is always crowded since its next to the junior college. The mochi waffle sign in the window drew me in because I love mochi. I got a green tea flavored mochi waffle; the flavor was really good and they made the waffle fresh. I also ordered the milk tea although the very extensive menu made me feel I should be ordering something more exotic. It is really clean inside this Quickly with 2 big screens with closed captions, since they were also playing music (hip hop). The drinks appeared on the counter speedily and most people were taking them out, but we enjoyed sitting inside. Absolutely love!!! First of all, the location is great. Right next to SRJC and SRHS. Secondly, their service is always pretty quick and friendly - but not overly friendly and fake. I think they have the best waffles fries I've ever had in my life which is strange. Love their boba milk teas and they seem to have a wide variety of other tasty snacks and drinks as well. I used to enjoy going here for milk tea but it has gone downhill within the last year. I dont have any complaints on the drinks- has always been good! Love the food here as well. What I've noticed is that the customer service poor. Today my family and I walked in a few minutes after the store opened. The person standing at the cashier did not greet us or acknowledge us...makes it awkward when there are no other customers in there. The store looked like it was not cleaned from the previous day. I ordered a milk tea with boba and the employee said that the tapioca boba was not ready and would not be ready for 30 minutes! The store just opened....it was noon! My brother said that this was common for the store. What grossed me out the most was the restroom. It seriously looks like it has not been cleaned in weeks! Again...we were there minutes after the store opened. They obviously dont have a closing or opening procedure. I will include pictures....yuck! I think that some of their drinks are better than others, like the snows but usually whenever I get their milk tea I think they use a powder mix and I always drink it when it's at the bottom of the cup. I feel it is never mixed enough. The workers are nice and it's sometimes a long wait but I don't think it's that bad. Quickly boba it's one of my fav boba place when I go to San Francisco. I love the milk tea boba. They are always fast with service of getting the drinks out, food takes a little longer. Below is my main reason for giving it a 2 stars. I will definitely try again, and edit my review. But did not expect to wait 35 minutes for 6 small milk tea boba. Instead of serving drinks by when they were order, they served smaller orders first, our order wasn't made until 30 mins later. The tea taste a tad water down and not as strong as the other quickly boba milk tea. They didn't have the large boba only small ones, don't know if they don't make it or ran out. Last of all their call for orders is confusing, not by name or number but by food items. Example orders were called by "popcorn chicken" or "milk tea boba". Discovered this place about a week ago, and now I fear I have a problem. During the short time I lived in San Jose, I discovered my love of bubble tea. Once I moved back to Sonoma County I found myself missing inexpensive bubble teas, diy frozen yogurt spots and decent Banh Mi. Lack of these things left a void in my life that until last week I had no idea how large it was. I've been to Quickly four out of the five days since I realized its existence in my neighborhood. They are randomly out of things (Rose Tea, regular sized drink cups, and some gummies) but worry not, their menu is large enough that if they don't have the first thing you ask for, they will have something else you want. I almost cried when I realized that they sell Takoyaki! It's not the best Takoyaki I've ever had but it satisfied my necessity for it. When all is said and done, I'm stoked on Quickly being in my hood. My only issue will be ensuring that my budget accommodates my bubble tea and fried Japanese street food needs. read more

Visited for the first time. I ordered the thai milk tea with boba. The whole transaction was very quick, less than a minute. I waited for 30 seconds before I got my tea. Definitely lives up to it's name. The boba was perfectly cooked and the tea tasted delicious. read more

I come here often as it is located near the community college, I have had great service, and occasionally not so good service. The menu is fantastic, many options to choose from. I love the bubble black tea with boba. The milk teas are too sweat and just taste like sugar. The fried foods are decent. Not a bad establishment, but there are better boba places. read more
