This service today April 30th was absolutely terrible. I walked in and each worker had a attitude, they were slow, and they were rude to the customers. The red head girl was on her phone the whole time and didn't seem to care when a customer asked for a refund because they took more than 5 mins to get her child a drink and the girl did not try to apologize. The dyed red head man was rude and was not savvy on fixing a solution! This was my worst experience because even if your having a rough day you better make the customer feel welcomed and not tell me that that customer was "rude as hell" I recommend that you higher some better workers if your company would like a better representation. I have been going to this place for years now, and over the years it just seems that the quality of the staff isn't there. I walk in and the cashier is just standing there not trying to figure out who needs to order and what not and just had a blank face. The line takes forever and they have no sense of urgency and always takes a long time, so don't go if you don't have to time or the patience. I had to engage with the cashier first, which should NOT be the case. The boba is pretty consistent but the staff needs a wake up call, I don't even know how they got the job. The staff here has been friendly to me every time I've visited this particular Quickly. I've gone during the days when they've had boba and days when they've run out to which I've been told by the nice girl behind the counter that there's an issue with their supplier. So to the other reviewers: give them a break, it sounds like there's a strike going on and this place is doing what they can in a bad situation. It's encouraging me to branch out from my regular Tiger Milk Tea with Boba to try something different like Sesame Milk Tea with Magic Jelly. I've gotten their Popcorn Chicken which was freshly made - hot and crispy! I've also tried their Takoyaki which was delicious with the extra Bonito flakes on top. I wish they would spend more on the place to make it look comfy. Another thing is most times I go there they ran out of 3 or 4 items. It doesn't bother me much because I can always just get something else but that must be annoying for someone who craves whatever it is. Went back yesterday to give Quickly another try. I went with the Chocolate Milk Tea this time. It was so much better, not to mention they actually had boba this time! The boba was a bit tough, but it was boba at least . Still no air conditioning on unfortunately and with such large windows with no shades, it gets reeeeally hot inside. The egg waffle iron thing was still encrusted with old gray dough but there weren't any flies from what I saw this time. I went back today for another Milk Tea because it was so good yesterday. First thing I noticed about my drink was the color was strikingly darker today and there were crunchy bits of sugar in the tea and the syrup wasn't fully mixed in. They don't care about your food allergies. My wife and I have been going there for about a year. Then my wife was instructed by a doctor to steer clear of soy and gluten products due to her ongoing medical condition. We thought we would have to completely stop ordering their Thai Tea's with bobba. However a nice young woman working there was able to make my wife's drink with almond milk. We were very pleased and continued getting our favorite Thai teas with bobba for months without issues. Then one day, I go in to order our drinks and the young man tells me they don't have almond milk. I was shock they ran out, I get it because they tend to run out of things often. HOWEVER, the guy proceeds to tell me they've never ever had almond milk. So here I am really confused telling him to look again because someone has been making our drinks with almond milk... Atleast I was told it was almond milk this entire time. I have contacted Quickly HQ. I have not heard any responses whatsoever. I would like to think they would atleast reach out and try to rectify the problem and come up with a solution or atleast, apologize. When you mess with people regarding their allergies and potential issues that arise from negligence you would put a little haste in your step to rectify these problems from happening again. I came here with my boyfriend and this girl helped me, i don't know a name but she was taller and had girly hair. She asked me if u wanted boba and i said no thank you. Then she gives me my drink and it has boba and my boyfriends doesn't so i tell her oh i asked for no boba. Then gives me so much attitude and just says ok. Takes it back and gives me a new one. Totally love this place. I come here very often and soon get to be friends with the staffs or other customers who come here often just like me. The milk tea is amazing. My favourite is jasmine milk tea with boba. Also, the food is super duper delicious. My favorite are popcorn chickens, egg puffs, shrimp dumpling, and takoyaki. The staffs are super super super friendly. They make friends with customers very quick and are very nice toward customers. I've been here often enough to notice how a lot of people come back or would come here every day. I feel warm in this place. Considering Sonoma County doesn't have a good Boba establishment (sorry Surf City your attempt was bad and Tea Rex is a little too pricey for the quality) I have to say my review only goes for Milk Tea with large Boba because that's really all I get. Consistency is perfect. Exactly what I expect and close to quality of Lollicup in Artesian/Irvine, Quickly in Oakland or Wonderful Deserts in SF. Perfect combination of milk and tea. Boba Cooked nearly perfect a few were a bit raw but nothing to complain about. Price: $3 for a large hopefully this isn't a grand opening special and stays this low. Also punch cards not yet available and cash only "temporarily" which may or may not change to probably square as most places are only cash. I'm a little skeptical about ordering popcorn chicken, though; it tasted like they grabbed pre-cooked chicken and threw it in the fryer without thawing it first -- it was extremely soggy. I loooove quickly's. The staff has always been super nice every time I have gone herr and the place has always been very clean. Their menu is huge! They have slushes, milk teas (both hot and iced), teas, fried pretty much everything and so much more. My favorite go to is my iced taro milk tea with Boba and a steaming hot bag of their popcorn chicken. Mmmm, add some sriracha and soy sauce on top of it and my mouth is in heaven. Their egg puffs are really good as well. I have only had the original but on my next visit I'm going to try them flavored. I would totally recommend this place to everybody. Yesterday afternoon while visiting Quickly, I noticed that neither of the employees were properly wearing their face masks, pulled down so that their noses were exposed. Several of the customers inside also had their masks pulled down, exposing their noses and mouths. But what really grossed me out was the fact that after the couple ahead of my sister and I in line paid in cash, the employee didn't wash his hands, went and made drinks, handed them out, started doing something on his phone, and went back to make more drinks. You can adjust the sweetness level by simply telling them you want it half as sweet. To me, this is the perfect sweetness. Their menu is huge, and service is great! How does Sunny's Boba get better reviews than this? Sure, they have more customization of your drink, but it takes forever to order and the wait is long. Plus they add too much ice.
