In my experience this the best wingstop in Rosa. While all wingstops are inconsistent,(sometimes you get some little piece of chicken that cooked to long and other times you get nice big pieces that absolutely smack), this location is the most consistent. There have been a few times my order was messed up but everytime they were more than willing to fix it. I don't get wet wings so I have no input on the quality of those at this store, or any other, but they be doing right with the dry rub. read more

Stopped in today- heard there was a new owner that cared about a year ago maybe longer and finally making it back in!! Took me way too long. New place is like a sports bar - air conditioned, cool chill music, 4 TV's playing various football games. It's decorated in a warm navy green with an Aviation theme. I Love it!! The last place was broken down Formica tables with no music, no theme, no colors, no A/C, and a horrible smell. The big change besides the wings being tasty & made to order!!! Hickory BBQ- no flavor on this one either. I tasted more of the dry oil than from either specified flavors I had chosen from. The seasoned fries had more flavor than anything. Ran into a few fries that were not cooked. I only ate one of each flavor and called it good. Suggestions: better BBQ sauces, better flavors. Maybe the hot is so hot you don't taste anything and that's fine but for those who don't do spicy still should get flavor too. I wish I could relive this meal a thousand times over. This is the best wingstop I have ever had by a landslide( and I'm a wingstop connoisseur). The wings were dripping in sauce and the ranch containers were over flowing with yummy white goodness. I love Wingstop. This place didn't necessarily stick out from the rest nor was it bad. They were just middle-of-the-pack - hence 3 stars. The one thing I will say is that this place is a little smaller than the usual Wingstops I go to but they were very adherent to the COVID rules and I felt pretty safe in there. One thing I'm not sure of though is that their method of providing drinks and other stuff would still lend itself to transmission or germs since it's all self-serve. I work fairly close to this place, and always order via the online order tool on their website. You can opt to pick up right away; or during a specific time. On a side note; the order is often ready way before the designated time. For example; if I opt for pick up at 1:15 often time it's ready at 1pm, as a result; food might become cold if you actually show up at 1:15. I always order the parm wings, and I have never been disappointed. I wouldn't go out on a limb and order wings every day; as most of the time; they're super greasy, and probably a million calories. Was greeted by a friendly young man at the counter. Since Wingstop was new to me, I asked for recommendations, giving him my threshold for spiciness. The young man was knowledgeable of their products and very helpful. From his recommendations, I settled on the spicy Korean q & the Lousiana rub flavors. Was told the wait time to be 10 minutes. It came out less than 10. The chicken came out quite good. Both of the flavors were as expected and came out at the right level of spiciness. However, they are a bit too salty for my taste. I also tried the seasoned fries. It was well seasoned and delicious. If they could leave them in the fryer a minute more, it would have been crispier and better. First time at this establishment and I was very eager to give it a try. I've driven passed this place many times but never took the opportunity to give it a go. Parking is a nightmare at this shopping center because spaces are limited and it's always buzzing with people. The Wingstop Restaurant appeared clean and all tables were nicely wiped down. There are easy to read menus above the ordering station. Staff was very attentive and greeted me with a smile. They were very friendly and took the time to answer questions about the different flavor options. I opted to get the boneless wings with the flavors of Lemon Pepper (Dry seasoning) and Hickory Smoked BBQ. The Hickory Smoked BBQ boneless wings were delicious. They had just the right amount of smoky BBQ flavoring that I like. The wings were moist on the inside and had a nice crunch on the outside. I'd definitely order this flavor again. The Lemon Pepper was ok. I felt like the seasoning was too salty and even dipping it in Ranch didn't help. I would not order this flavor again. I chose the veggie sticks as my side option. The carrots and celery were crisp and fresh. I really enjoyed them especially with the scrumptious Ranch dressing. I look forward to trying additional flavors in the future. read more

It was a nice treat to get a free 6pc meal last night for being part of Yelp Elite. No hassle at all, even made an additional order for the kids. Arrived, showed the counter person my Yelp invite and was checked off the yelp list. The wait is usually between 10-20 minutes, as they seems to always be very busy. Their location is always clean, and well maintained. Staff is friendly and attentive. The low rating is odd to me, as the service I've received has always been good. I recommend ordering online instead of over the phone or in-store. On busy nights you might be put on hold for approximately (at least) 5 minutes when placing an order. read more

There were people who were coming in to order after me who received their food before me. There was even a guy who came up to me, after he was done eating with his friends, and said, "Man you've been here for a while." I replied, "Too long." While one of the women at the cashier was really nice, the other stood a the register on her phone (did not look up until she was done texting). It doesn't make any sense for a restaurant to take 52 minutes to cook your food. Now let's get to the fact that when I finally ate my food it was undercooked. I think I could do with less sauce, but like I said, I'm a pansy. The fries are deliciously cooked and crispy - I think they could use a little less salt and seasoning. What can I say, I'm geriatric. We tried WingStop in Cotati for the first rime this weekend. We sat outside cause we brought the pup with us. Immediately arriving on the patio we were met by a waitress named Lea. She was very friendly. We let her know we were first timers. She gave us menus and explained all the sauces and how the wings are cooked. I had heard they do not toss the wings in the sauce. She explained the reason as it keeps the wings crispier. I had an assortment of sauces which was good. The wings were good. I think ill try with one sauce tossed with the wings next time. Hubby had the pulled pork sandwich which he enjoyed. We shared the french fries and they were the thin ones and crispy..... yummy good. All in all decent for my first stop at Wingstop. Came at lunchtime on Monday and was promptly greeted. Ordered the small (6 pc) boneless combo with Spicy Korean Q and Hickory smoked BBQ sauces. They said 10 minutes and I got my order fresh and steaming hot in 9 minutes. The seasoned fries were a big serving, crispy and nice potato flavor but were a little sweet for me (not sure which seasoning I got as had a takeout order and did not realize there was a choice on the seasoning until I looked at the menu later, perhaps it was the Cajun). Wings were fairly meaty and not too much breading. Decent juicy meat. Liked the spicy Korean better than the hickory, not so much for the spice but tasted more authentic (more real flavor). $9.49 for what I got including a 20 oz drink and dipping sauce, so not cheap but not bad. Only $1.20 for 2 more pieces would probably make a decent meal. Overall, it was not the best boneless wings I have had, but nothing to complain about. read more
