This was my first (and last) time visiting Jamba Juice since the 2019 rebrand to just Jamba... and it feels like they unfortunately rebranded the experience too. The price-to-enjoyment ratio is way off! Their "sips are better with a snack" gimmick sounds cute until you actually try the breakfast sandwich that cost $5 and looked and tasted like it should have come from a dollar menu. Seriously you're ok serving this? Somehow it was much smaller and worse tasting than the similar breakfast sandos at McDonald's or Starbucks, which is saying something. The smoothie was chocolate and peanut butter, which should be an automatic win, yet it also managed to be underwhelming, especially for a $10 (medium) drink. Overall, much to be desired. I guess when you take the juice out of Jamba Juice, you're left with... just Jamba. :( read more

Love this place - I'm here mostly for the wheatgrass! People say yikes it tastes like grass. Hmmm - yes it does but I don't know a more vitamin & amino acid drink that taste better. I came around the afternoon and the place was kept clean and the staff was friendly and polite. I used to go to Juice Shack but one day I decided to give Jamba a try. I've been enjoying trying out the different smoothie flavors. The baristas are always friendly and the service is quick. The parking lot can be a little crowded due to the location. So far I'm loving the smooth talking mango and the protein berry workout. It gets me through the morning all the way to lunch. I keep coming back. Prices range from $5.39 to $7.49 depending on type and size of smoothie. They also make bowls. I just heard her say they give a discount if you bring your own smoothie cup. read more

Every time we come in, we're always greeted and the service is good. No complaints. Never had a problem with my order. Location is good. What a horrendous experience with this store from start to finish. We did not realize the store was open as usual. My daughter called and asked if the website was down because she had spent 10 minutes trying to place an order and got to the end and it wouldn't take gift cards. The gentleman who answered said "I don't know, I just work here." He did suggest she try the app. So then we wasted time and downloaded the app and it did work better than the site. Got to the payment and this time I saw it for myself, this store does not accept giftcards. So I called myself and related that we were having a very difficult time placing an order. I explained the app also not allowing gift cards and I got the same my daughter reported, "I don't know, I just work here." I then asked if they will take giftcards when the store returns to normal operations and he said yes. Because my daughter was looking forward to the order I told her to input my VISA. We did so and then proceeded to the store. I was shocked when we arrived and it appeared from the parking lot it was business as usual. We called twice and expressed the difficulty with placing an online order and clearly wanted to use a giftcard. Why on earth did he not just say, so sorry for your difficulties. You may not know but we are open as usual and would be happy to take your order and giftcard in person. The store was filthy. There were many people in line to place orders and there was at least tape on the floor to suggest separation. No sign of where to pickup to go orders. I got in line and then noticed the second line for items ready. I asked the gentleman in front of me if this was for mobile orders and he said yes. Waited, waited, waited, watching 2 teens make out at the front of this second line. 5 minutes later I thought this can't be right. So I approached the 1 of 2 workers and asked where to go orders are picked up. She asked me what I ordered and proceeded to get it out and handed it over without a straw or any conversation. I said thank you and can I please get some straws? She then handed me one as apparently the shots do not get one. Fine. I wanted out. So again, I touched the door handle and left!! We went straight to Panera across the street and picked up another mobile order. The door was appropriately open since it is 75 degrees and customer's shouldn't be touching handles. The food was ready on a shelf (so whomever put it there touched it and not a second person to hand it to me) for me to quickly grab. I noticed those who ordered drinks, I didn't, were ready on ice with straws right there. Very simple. I am completely grossed out by this store but my teen likes it. We will go in person next time and use the giftcard and when its gone I have no reason to return. Such a shame! read more

Very friendly staff and my mango smoothie thing (I forget the exact name) was perfect. I love the peach one too. Also, they gladly comply with all laws related to service animals. I'll be back a lot this summer for sure. Tip: If you pay by credit or debit card, there's nowhere to add a tip so make sure you have a little cash. Today was not there day. Only 2 employees and a long line of people waiting to order and a long line of people waiting for there drinks. I was 16 mins for my drink and waffle. I saw my drink sit for at least 4 min on the machine melting away. And of course it was melt so the girl decide to throw some more ice in my drink. So by the time I got it, it already tasted water down and chunky full of ice. I was not happy when I took my first sip. Mind you I was already half way down the street. The. O.K., "#*#*" happens. But I wasn't expecting this. First time I ordered the "tropical green"...so I didn't know what it was "supposed to taste like". It did taste wierd, and was full of air or "suds". Fifteen minutes after I finished I felt "funny"...and needed to lay down.....I wasn't sure if I had food poisoning or not....until an hour later...better that it got to me so quickly rather than sit in my body and really wreak havoc. I believe the young server that made my concoction didn't rinse out the caraf after the disinfecting solution used....no question in my mind....it was full of bubbles. Amazing customer service after a bad tasting juice experience. I had ordered 2 smoothies and a fresh squeezed juice not knowing the juice I ordered had ginger root in it. I was in a hurry for a work meeting so I did not taste the juice until I had left. There was so much ginger in it that it was in drinkable. I tried giving it to my co workers and they wouldn't even drink it. Not being able to go back to the store I called and explained what happened. Normally I wouldn't care but the juice was $6.50! With no questions asked, the manager explained I could come back and she could remake it with out the ginger or I could get a refund. Since I couldn't make it back I asked if I could get a refund. Again, no questions asked, she apologized for my bad experience and refunded the drink back to my card. Hassle free :) They really know how to treat their customers and I will definitely be back for more. I just won't order that juice again! read more

However, their smoothies aren't quite as good. The employees seem to be getting younger and younger, but they're always smiling and courteous with the pleases and the thank yous. How are you going to run out of bananas?? So many things on the menu include bananas and they totally ran out! There's actually a Safeway next-door, but there were only two employees working as fast as they can to get everybody's order done- it was kind of crowded in there, but we got our order pretty fast!
