Only reason why they are getting 2 stars and not 1 is because their Thai tea is actually good but their service is horrible. I ordered 4 Thai teas to go and had to wait 20 minutes, meanwhile a lady that ordered food and drinks after me got her food first! Clearly they do not know in what order the orders come out. I'm so happy there's finally a real bubble tea shop in Santa Rosa! They have a variety of other snacks too and multiple varieties of sweetened and unsweetened tea. I went here recently after a long time of not coming here. I hate that the parking lot is so small and it's so hard to get in or out easily. Mendocino Ave is always so busy. I love the place. The chicken wings are awesome! Pop chicken are also good, but I personally like chicken wings better. You need to try them!!! They only accept cash now. But they told me they were working on card machine. They will accept cards soon. Some people say the waiting time is too long, but the staffs are newly trained and there are so many customers. Maybe I'm just picky because I'm had some really good bubba tea on trips to San Francisco, but this place just wasn't that good. I went about a week after it opened and it was already pretty dirty inside. Oh my gosh I looooove this place way too much. If you love tea or milk tea, slushy drinks, milkshakes...etc...then go here! I always get the taro milk tea with boba. Those are the little tapioca pearls at the bottom of the drink..they are squishy and fun! They have every crazy option you can think of as far as tea and additives like the tapioca and little jellies and things... Great place to take your kids too..they'd have a blast making a crazy concoction! Oh did I mention they have the best popcorn chicken ever...like seriously. You'd never guess! And there calamari is the bomb too! Yes they even have calamari! Not the biggest portion but the popcorn chicken portion is very big..enuf for 2 for sure. They also have Mochi waffles which are very good but you have to like that Mochi feel to really enjoy..they come with powdered sugar and whip cream and I put even more sugar on top to get my sugar fix. This is my new addiction spot...my only bitch is that it's a lil bit expensive for a drink..$4+ for a drink is a bit pricy for my taste but for some people that might be totally doable. Some things on the menu are totally reasonable tho so don't let that throw you off. Like the popcorn chicken that's only like $4 and it enuf for 2...that's crazy legit! So go to quickly! Get a taro milk tea with boba! And also they'll let u try certain ones so you can get a good idea of what u might want!..samples are always good! We've been here twice now and I can't complain about their drinks. My friend loved his Thai tea with Bopha. I had the strawberry slush with the rainbow gel. It was delicious. We also tried their popcorn chicken and it had a lot of great seasoning. I ordered a puffy egg cake and that was my favorite. It almost tasted like a waffle and the price was reasonable enough. The only reason I didn't give them a give star rating was because it wasn't the cleanest when we went. The few tables they had were still sticky n dirty. The floors had trash that clearly needed to be picked up And cleaned. And the machine making the egg puff definitely needed a cleaning. And the parking here really really sucks. I guess it's because it's across from the JC and the parking lot is small but I had a hard time finding a decent parking space. We love this place...it's become pretty addicting that we make a stop here at least once a week. We love the cookies and cream slush. The strawberry jelly juice with the rainbow tapioca is really yummy. The fried octopus is very good too. My kids like the cheese sticks and the popcorn chicken. The egg puffs is also very good but you have to eat it there because it tastes better when it's crunchy. The only downfall is when you go at the wrong time they get super busy and the wait takes forever. Also the parking is very limited and it can be difficult finding a parking space too. I'm hooked on their strawberry jelly juice. They have a huge drink selection here and everything that we've tried so far has been great. The prices are reasonable. The egg puffs set really good especially when it's still hot and fresh. My kids like the flavored egg puffs like the chocolate or coconut flavor more but it I think the regular one taste better. That popcorn chicken is very flavorful.. It's a little spicy but I love spicy food so it's perfect for me. The milk tea is only ok but it taste better with the Bopha in it. The customer service has always been great.. Everyone is so friendly here and they dnt mind it when my kids run around.. Great place, great customer service , great prices, but bad parking.. Overall it's a fun place to stop in for delicious Bopha drinks. read more

The drinks are good. There are many choices. I would come in more often but I just can't stand the smell of bleach every time I walk through the door. That's why I'm giving it only 3 stars. I've stopped going to this place after 4 visits because I'm tired of being told they are out of boba. The first time, I was there when they opened at noon and was told the boba wouldn't be ready for another 30 minutes. Twice after that, they just plain ran out. It's equivalent to going to a donut shop and being told there are no more donuts. No thanks! They seem disorganized and need to get their act together. read more

man this store really sucks, you walk in and are just drowning in heat. the floor is sticky cause of poor mopping. and high key makes me want to slit my wrists. the color of the walls give me a fat migraine plus the creativity of the art wall has completely gone downhill. the only thing that i really liked was the customer service. but even that's terrible. their are only two people that i really appreciated was the one girl that had a shaved head, and the girl with the highlights and swish in her hair. they always had positive attitudes good music and a drive to work. but after being informed that one of the girls is leaving it almost seems pointless to go since everyone else sucks. honestly the positive energy of the store has really died and it seems like i am going to start going to t4. or sunnys, honestly everything and anything is better than quicklys. read more

Hooray!!!! Finally a REAL boba place in Santa Rosa. I think I come here too often! I LOVE their milk tea and Tiger milk tea! So good! You can't go wrong with their popcorn chicken but they run out so fast! Theres never a slow day here. I'll be there at 930pm and its very busy. I wish they did have more seating and Cash only! But they are working on getting a credit card machine! The service has never been bad! They are ALL very friendly & sweet. The location is perfect!
