Additionally, over the three years of my tenancy, and despite only having maybe three or four prior interactions with Dan, I knew my things were secure. He always knew my unit, was on top of it If I forgot to lock it up, locking it up and kindly letting me know that he did Lastly, and this part is a little harder to clearly communicate, his understanding of the neighborhood, community relationships, and real, on time communication, even though it wasn't always what I wanted to hear; lead to great sense of security knowing my things were safe and well-guarded While many years in customer service/relation I don't write reviews near as much as I should (This is my fourth in the past couple of year) NWS in ST Johns is a great value for the service and security you get, in part because of employees like Dan. There's a lot of square footage to maintain. They do an exceptional job, for the most part. Jennifer in the office is well known for going above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I thank Jennifer, Tracy and Acme Storage for some memories I will never forget and a true demonstration of compassion. Every facility has its challenges and it's sometimes difficult to control the actions of others. The tires low light was on and they tried getting 1/4 tank extra of gas. This morning I get there and they tell me that they don't have a truck available. I showed them my reservations. The guy tells me that it's not available because they can't find the key. After I was not very nice they found a key. The tank is on 1/8th if a tank and the check engine light is on. Went back in and waited for the guy to see what code came up. It said that the ignition can't be found. He said that it shouldn't leave me stranded.

Half the time the garage door is open for anyone to come in, with no security ever that I've seen. My light above my unit has been broken for months and I can never see inside my unit when grabbing items. Also it's extremely hot and uncomfortable. They claim they keep it at a certain temp but that's a lie. I will be moving out because this business practice is extremely shady. The price for my unit online is a third of what I pay now and I've only been here since the end of MAY 2025. It's unacceptable.
