Honestly, this place unexpectedly delicious! The minute I walked in I was greeted! The lady helping me was so sweet offering to bring my order out to my car! The service was so great and the sushi was not bad at all! My whole family enjoyed it! Thankyou so much kind lady! read more

We have been happy customers of this location for about a year now. We have always been a fan of how consistent it was. The past two times, however, haven't been great. Food that is raw in the middle, the rice seasoning is weird, teriyaki glaze is watery, and sushi roll ingredients are not balanced well. Also when I arrived to pick up today it was 93° outside and somehow even hotter inside the restaurant? At first we assumed maybe we went on an off couple days. Then we then learned this location is under new ownership. I don't think we will be coming back. read more

Sushi here is reasonably priced. On the cheaper side to be honest. Pot stickers are really good! I got the chicken and vegetable one! Service is a bit interesting. You basically order from a machine and the contact with the workers is minimal. The sushi was decent but I felt like both rolls we got tasted super similar. The spot is set up cute, lights everywhere and they have a bunch of pictures of their cocktails. When I asked for water they relayed that they could provide tap water. So I opted to just buy a water bottle. And the drink selection is a bit small. Def a good spot to go if on a budget for sushi. read more

The sushi was tasty and filling! Spicy tuna had a good hit of spice to flavor things up, while the lobster crossing roll was rich and full of flavor, with an amazing presentation. Salad and soup were alright, nothing outstanding. Although this is an order then sit place, one of the workers helped me fill up a glass of water which was very sweet of them. Ambiance is very casual, nothing too fancy. read more

Such good sushi at great prices. I love this spot. There is a great variety of rolls and the bento box is also excellent especially for the price! It's a good little spot and I am excited to return. read more

Quick Sushi is a great spot to have some quick sushi on the go. I have celiac and am very sensitive to allergens and have eaten here with no issue. The staff is very friendly and provide great service. Advice if you are ordering online or on the kiosk and are gluten-free. When entering your name type GLUTEN-FREE before your name and they will put the GF soy sauce in your package. Great tip from the waitress. read more

Quick Sushi - Double Salmon Roll - No Sauce - Sushi Bars Near Me - Santa Rosa, California

I came here on a weekday around noon to find the place empty. The older woman told the younger one to help me order from the kiosk before sitting down. This was all new to me so I took my time. Their fish is ok. It didn't taste fresh but didn't taste bad. Soy sauce and wasabi helped. I probably won't return as there are better options for the same price that is closer to me. read more

Delicious food. Friendly staff. Fast service. The parking is tight but only had to wait a minute or two for a space to open up.

Oh my gosh! First off, the menu is enormous! I'm a huge fan of eel so I went right for the Unagi! The unagi roll was absolutely scrumptious. I also ordered unagi bowl that had 6 huge pieces, seaweed salad & more. The contents of both of these were fresh and so so so yummy. I'd like to head over there right now as a matter fact. read more

I've been coming here for several years, weekly and it was my favorite spot for affordable, delicious sushi. The last two times I've been here (since recent changes) the food has not been very good, taste and aesthetic wise. Looking at their website and menu changes, most items I've ordered have increased $3-$5 each or are no longer on the menu. read more

This is not poke. We were excited to see a new poke/sushi shop open up and went to go try it. Unfortunately even with it being pretty slow, the food took a decent amount of time to be ready given that it was only two poke bowls. One sushi and one tuna with one spicy and one regular. So disappointing to get home and open the bag to basically soup with rice under it and fish lost on top. When I say that everything was DROWNING in overly sugary sauce and liquid. I took one bite and couldn't even think of eating more of it. They do have cute decor and string lights everywhere. If you're at risk of having seizures, maybe avoid this place lol. read more

When I say they are a-m-a-z-i-n-g! They are amazing!!! From hospitality to fresh sushi, to reasonable pricing, you name it. They got it. The sushi just screams for more. I ordered just an ordered originally and ended up ordering quadruple of what I ordered. Great people, great environment. One of the best places that just feels like home. Thank you so much for your hospitality. read more

Food and staff are amazing. For the price point, for sushi is amazing and soooo much to pick from.

This was my first time dining in, and unfortunately, it was a really disappointing experience. Our food took over 40 minutes to arrive, and by the time it finally reached our table, it was practically cold. I've ordered takeout from here before and always enjoyed the quality, which made this dine-in experience even more frustrating. What made it worse was watching multiple online orders go out while our food just sat on the robot. The robot never even brought it to our table -- staff only realized after we had been waiting nearly an hour and had to manually bring it over. I understand that restaurants have busy days, but being left waiting that long with no communication was unacceptable. When asked if the food was cold, we were given an "aw, I'm sorry, maybe next time we'll be better," with no effort to remake the food or offer any kind of resolution. That lack of accountability and customer care was honestly the most disappointing part. Sadly, after this experience, I'll be sticking to Paradise Sushi from now on read more

Came here for the first time and I would say it's a decent sushi place for me. We ordered several dishes to share and I must say most of the dishes and sauces are on the salty side. I have been craving tofu soup for a while and was very excited to see that they offer it at this place. However, I am a bit disappointed. I ordered it very spicy and they were reluctant to do it but the sweet lady (I assumed she was the owner) said she would put extra japapeno in it for me). When I tried it, the soup was not spicy but very salty for me and I couldn't finish it. We ordered several rolls: california rolls, shrimp tempura rolls, lion king rolls, and new bay bridge rolls. All the rolls were great, but I have had better. For appetizers, we got soft shell crab, calamari, and vegetable tempura. They all were good, but again, I have had better. If the sauces weren't too salty, it would have been so much better. This is a place where you use a QR code to look at the menu and order. I had some trouble with the connection so I went to order at the front instead. The day I went was very very hot and they only had a fan. I wish they had the AC. The inside of the restaurant is very cute and all the staff were very friendly. read more

This is an updated review....the flavor is lacking and the food was small. I ordered the bento box, and 2 hand rolls. I ordered the hand rolls with "no rice" and it was $3 upcharge per roll. I was fine with that thinking the extra $3 went towards adding more veggies or fish. Nope. Teeny tiny hand rolls, no extra anything. I think they pre-make the food and the $3 upcharge is to make it fresh with modification? One of the rolls ended up having rice in it anyways and it was still very lacking. Won't be back. I'd rather pay the higher prices somewhere else and get better flavor. read more

The ambiance is small and personal & very calm and enjoyable. The service was excellent, was greeted with a smile and kindness. I have never dined in here but I've taken to go several times and always loved everything I get. One thing they offer that hardly anyone does in Sonoma County is sushiritos. I'm a huge fan of the concept and almost always go here for this specifically since they are the only game in town I know and the sushi is always delicious. I'm a bit of a repeat order kind of gal, but I love a good salmon skin roll whenever I'm ordering sushi. I need to get back to this place and refresh my brain on the deliciousness but they offer fresh sushi at a decent price for what you get. Service is always quick, you can order at the kiosk or talk with someone. I love how easy they make the whole experience overall. read more

Everytime I came to eat in, everything was great. The food, the service, always perfect, So when I ordered to go I was disappointed. The portion size was way less some of the dishes tasted old/stale and the food that was suppose to be hot wasn't. I do hate to leave a bit of a negative review because like I said everytime I ate in everything was great. read more

It's time to update my review from the previous disaster I experienced a year ago! I've been back 3x now recently and each time have had zero complaints!! Gave this place a shot yesterday because they have sushirittos here. It was my first time trying it. They do not offer a sushiritto with baked salmon, though, so I added it as a special request when I placed my order online (DD). In consideration of it technically being a baked roll, I added extra salmon to the order for an additional charge (~ +28%), knowing full well they would probably fulfill my request in lieu of the add-on; sure enough, my salmon came baked, nothing "extra" about it. I was perfectly content with this, and I was pretty satisfied with my order overall. I placed another online order today (more or less the same), and I received a call from the restaurant right after my order was placed. The person I spoke with stated that they could not bake the salmon again. When I asked for an explanation, his reason was that they don't have the time do so. I offered to pay extra for the special request, but after some back-and-forth, it was apparent it would be too much effort for them. This exchange was actually a lot more rude than I care to expand on; and while it is perfectly forgivable to be unaccommodating, I was (unironically) surprised when he told me it wouldn't be much of a loss if I didn't order from them again. With that attitude, I definitely won't be. read more

I'm going to have to try this place as a to-go restaurant. It's hard to not consider the uncomfortably warm indoor temperature, the visual of drink boxes and service supplies everywhere, or the lukewarm-only water option. I'll have to try on a day where it's not 95 degrees outside. The service was definitely friendly, albeit minimal due to the makeup of this place. The owner was very sweet when we interacted. You order from a kiosk but it took me forever as I didn't know what the various rolls included. You can click back and forth so all the details are there but I was getting anxious as there was someone waiting behind me. We were told we could sit and do the QR code instead which we decided to do. Hubby enjoyed the miso soup. The gyoza wasn't a favorite, nor was the karage though I did eat it all. LOL But the rolls.... they were really VERY good. Good size, fresh and flavorful, customizable, very well priced. I can't think of another place nearby where you can EASILY customize so that absolutely appeals. I left not sure what to think. I'm not really big on take-out as I go out to eat for the experience. Not sure this is a repeat place for me. read more

Wow! Some of the freshest nigiri I've had in a while! The salmon was very high end! Instagram brought us to try this restaurant and we both were thoroughly impressed. Everything was fresh, attention to detail was noticed, and hands down best bento boxes I've had yet. I loved the classic jazz music the lovely owners played. Customer service was fantastic! We even got to be served by Bella, the lovely robot food runner. An unexpected quality treat. Thank you, and we look forward to our next visit! Make sure to take a look at the beautiful art they have displayed! Also, it may be helpful to take a peak at their menu before hand, as there are many, many options.
