i recently started going to this car wash i used to go to the cobblestone down the street from this quick quack and i definitely love this car wash a lot better good vacuums and service is great the only complaint i have is that the air blaster things don't dry my windows all the way and i'll go to wipe it down then it just leaves streaks so please get that sorted out that's the only complaint i have with this place other than that i highly recommend this place. read more

I've had a QQ membership for a while now and have been satisfied with the results. Last month, when I was getting my car washed I was offered adding a second car for $5. I thought that was a good deal, so I took it. This month I find out, after being billed, that the $5 was for the first month only and that going forward the charge will be $22. There was no explanation on the bill, and I had to contact support to have it explained. Be careful of any offer this place makes. Support made sure to tell me that to cancel I would have to contact them 10 days in advance of billing. read more

Update! If I could give a 0 star rating I would. So, this person responds telling me to send our license plate numbers to the email socialmedia@dontdrivedirty.com. I do that. All I get is a response saying that my information will be given to the "store leader." I am filing a dispute with my credit card and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. It's very unethical especially when I was only signed up for 2 hours. Their soap and car wash is extremely poor quality. I signed up for a membership. I ran my car through the car wash twice because the quality of the soap was so bad that it left spots all over my car. I was only signed up for a matter of an hour and a half and went back to cancel my membership. I respectfully asked for a full refund since I had just joined. This morning I received an email declining my request. I could see if I had use the car wash several times, but I was a brand new customer. The quality is absolutely terrible. It's a shame that they will not act on an ethical manner and refund my membership fee. read more

I wish there was a 3.5 Star button. It's better than a 3 but not a 4..... The Pros: The place is clean, vacuums worked well, plenty of drying towels in the bin, but they were bone dry, a little moist works so much better. Nobody in line which made it nice and convenient. Lots of locations near my home and work. The Cons: The compressed air for drying crevices etc had too little pressure, takes much longer to do and my grill doesn't get fully dried from it. My step Tubes are filthy when coming out of the wash, like they received no pressured water spray or brushing at all. Their ads claim under carriage wash, I didn't see any evidence that this happened and I ran through this place twice in 2 weeks. Undercarriage was still dusty. The tire shine was only done on one side of my truck and only about 2/3 around the tire. The truck was just too dirty coming out of the wash.... It's not a great value when you're actually cleaning the vehicle when you're supposed to just be drying it. The air freshener that is free everywhere is is an extra charge here. Quick Quack claims to be green using less water to wash the vehicles which is admirable in our drought state. But It shows unfortunately. I cancelled my membership after 2 washes. I'll try you guys again next year to see if any of these issues are addressed. The bones are there, it just needs a bit of improvement. read more

This is the worst place ever! I took my 2022 Chrysler 300 through the car was and there machine highly windshield and cracked it. They blames the heat and did not take responsibility for the hard hit that came from their machine. I would never use them! STAY AWAY!!! There machine will ruin your car! And the worse thing is that it will damage your vehicle and they will not take responsibility for the damage caused. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. First of all, when we tried getting a membership here a year ago, it seems we fell into the common issue of them not being honest about how much a membership really is. They charged us double what they quoted out of nowhere, so we cancelled. We were in a rush and didn't have time to wash the car ourselves, so we stopped in to get one wash. We sometimes do this, but don't want to commit to the membership aspect because in all honesty the washes aren't even worth what they charge for. So we get to the check in area, there's a guy working there who we've seen a couple times. He starts giving us the whole sales pitch of getting a membership, which we've already told him a few times we don't want. But I get it, management breathes down your neck to hit your quota, fine. We let him finish, we politely decline, and this is when he starts getting pushy. He starts asking us if we like having a dirty car, that we already would have hit what they charge us for, it "doesn't make sense" to him that we don't want the membership. My fiance keeps telling him no, we aren't interested. He starts interrupting us, repeating that it would be the same cost, and asks "is it me? Like am I doing something wrong" yes, sir you are actually! If we're telling you no, it means NO. It doesn't mean phrase it a different way, ask it a million more times, so on so forth. After this, I can promise you we won't be back. My advice? Get a different job because you're horrible at sales. read more

I was told someone would contact me in three days and it's been three weeks and I have called three times and escalated to a supervisor. Their call center has no way of connecting you to corporate. Thank God; yet another car wash. Bringing the total number of car washes within a five mile radius to (counts fingers and toes, multiplies by the square root of stars in the sky) forty gajillion. But it's new, easy to get in and out of and is cheaper than having a full service wash done. And as an added bonus you can bring a fresh set of tunes and act like you're at a rave as you go through the rain tunnel. So many pretty pretty lights! read more

New to the area and decided to try this Quick Quack Car Wash Location on Combs Road. After the wash my car had a scratch on the passenger front and rear door. The left rear corner of my car also had deep scratches that are rough to the touch. It appears the brush mechanism dug into the left rear tail light. I filed a complaint and received an email confirming it, but have not heard anything from Quick Quack even though they said in the email they would be reaching out. I am never going to bring my cars to this car wash since I do not want them damaged. read more

They are rarely open on time. It's currently 7:16am and they are still closed when their sign says open and so does google. This is a common occurrence at this location. I have the unlimited car washes and will cancel because they can't be open on time when it's also most convenient for me before heading to work. read more
