They are impossible to cancel! We had trouble canceling so we drove down a year and a half ago to cancel and left thinking it was. Come to find out last month it was still being taken out. So we drive down and talk with the Manager Brett, who says I'm sorry I will email Corporate to get it canceled and ask for a refund all the way back. Then comes May 6 and we get charged again so we go back down. This time we speak to Assistant Manager Carsten, who again apologizes and immediately emails corporate and says we should hear back on Friday. Then today we get a text and email from corporate saying there was a miss and our monthly fee is being INCREASED! I am losing it, no matter how many times you call the corporate number you do not get called back or get in contact with a person to speak with. This is completely ridiculous. Just had a great experience with the staff at this location! I had some dirt and rock in the bed of my truck wasn't aware they would have to do so much work to get it out. Judah was so helpful he jumped in the back and swept all the rock and dirt out. he was happy to do it and showed he really enjoys his job and is a hard worker. I felt bad all the work he had to do but he made it clear he was happy to help and not to feel bad. Great job Judah keep up the great customer service read more

I love coming to Cobblestone. They always have supplies, functioning vaccums, and most of all, damp towels. I tried two other places and cancelled for thius reason alone. The best part is that they dont use the tire clamps that jack up yoru wheels, but rather a flat conveyor belt system. They always have lots of soap and have always been great with customer service. I even want to applaud the young man who tried to reactivate my account (Sticker still on the window), but the system could not find me and then kept giving some weird error message, that no one had even seen before. He even reached out to another location and the system simply would not allow for me to reopen my account. So, instead of keeping me there, he gave me a free car wash as other cars had pulled in behind me. He apologized and took ownership of my issue, even though it wasn't his fault. I do wish it was cheaper as they are the most expensive out of the three major companies in the immediate area, but with that price, comes an expectation of quality that Cobblestone delivers. read more

This carwash didnt clean my car good at all. It was Expensive and the wash didnt use enough soap . My windsheild front bumber back window bed of truck and tail gate were still filthy. Way to expensive for a car wash read more

Towels are always replaced, they are always stocked with bags and wipes. I'm an Uber driver and I had a few of their bags for disposal. Had a rider who partied a little too hard. Great trash bags! Always handy! I have the member ship and highly recommend. My car has trash bags on all the doors for passengers who have a little too much fun. Highly recommend read more

This location is awful! The water is filthy and the dryers don't get the water off the back window of my car. The car is still soaking wet with dirty water. Spots are horrible on car and windows. read more

They just opened this place yesterday, and are giving away free basic washes this week! The vacuums are all new and work well the ash worked well so no complaints at all. Getting and out of this place is easy due to two entrances. read more

For a quick wash it's decent. What sets it apart from other quick car wash places is that you don't have to drive your front driver-side tire between 2 aluminum bars. With cobblestone you just drive your driver-side front tire onto a pretty wide conveyor belt on the ground of the car wash tunnel and it just moves your car long through to the end. Not rocket science. For me I hate having to drive my car so that my front driver-side tire aligns with the old school aluminum bars that most car washes have. I do miss having a full service car wash though. Something I don't think Queen Creek will ever have. To get to a full service car wash I have to drive into either Chandler or Mesa. So value for a quick wash of your car it's great. read more

I didn't get my car washed, only used the vacuums. But wow!! Those vacuums are so strong and actually work! So thankful for good quality, free vacuums near me. Makes me want to purchase a car wash simply based on the fact that they have good vacuums. read more

Not sure why my van doesn't get clean well when I go to this place. I paid for the $21 option and it came out like this. I had to still hand wash it afterwards which took a long time. I think the wash goes way too fast and doesn't clean it well read more

Wonderful waiting areas inside and outside if you prefer... you can grab a snack and coffee while waiting... love the area where you can see cars going thru and a huge screens to watch also .... if i could give no stars i would. the location on gantzel has great local emplyoees, the system doesnt dry your car and you have to get out and do it all. but their corp office is horrid. i had a membership and the sticker on my car was not working, so they switched it out. little did i know that they did not know how to handle switching a sticker, which meant i was going to start getting charged twice. i contacted the corp office and they faught me over text for over 3 weeks. claimed to refund me and never did. i had to go through my bank, fight for a refund, luckily i had those idiots on text, claiming they were refunding me and had cancelled the acct. well i got charged again. i had to file fraud charges and have them blocked from my card. better check your card people. i was so lucky to have it all on text and have confirmations for my card company. cobblestine is the worst company. brainless! read more

I'm on the lowest tier Unlimited plan. I like Cobblestone because the car goes though on a belt conveyor instead of being dragged through by rollers pushing on the front wheel. That said, I'm dissatisfied with the service. There appear to be maintenance issues at both locations in Queen creek/San Tan Valley with some equipment not working every visit. And at both locations the lower wash jets -- which clean the rocker panels and my wheels and appears to be included -- have NEVER worked. (They have worked at a Higley & Queen Creek location but that's not near me or my regular drives. ) read more

Easy and convenient but my car doesn't come out as clean. There's always dirt left to clean up, and i think the brushes are damaging my paint. I tried their premium service for 30days which was a great deal, but I kept leaving with new scratches and swirls every single time, and it's frustrating. Most have been minor but the last trip has caused multiple large scratches so I will not be renewing. The only reason I kept gng back was because I already paid for it--I should've stopped the first time I noticed the scratches but didn't realize it would cause as much damage to my car as it has after. I wish they used softer brushes or something else because it was convenient otherwise. read more

I have always loved Cobblestone carwash for over 13 years. The last few times I have used this particular car wash my car has literally come out of the carwash dirtier than it went in. Not sure how that is happening, but it is. There is so much crap, mud all over and the windshields both back and front has stuff all over. I have to take their towels and wipes down the entire vehicle. They need to adjust something in the carwash, as something is broken. read more

BEWARE customers STAY AWAY!!! Cobblestone seems to be running a shady business. They reel you in to sign in for their offers but, once you're in then good luck trying to cancel their overpriced services. You just cannot get them to cancel the membership and stop charging you credit card. It has been a complete hassle and nightmare trying to cancel their overpriced car wash. Despite the fact I canceled Cobblestone's membership 3mo ago they're still charging my credit card. Cobblestone does not answer their phones and they send you into a never ending loop trying to speak with someone. I cancelled their services on their website page that does not give you a confirmation # despite the fact they make you enter their sticker# for their membership plus you car year make and model and license plate number. It has been 3mo since I cancelled their membership and Cobblestone still charging my credit card, isn't that shady??? read more

Worse car wash in Pinal County! I stopped by there today and and after the guy sprays my car window the things starts moving with no water or soap coming out and the brushes going round and round. So I couldn't just drive on through. So I had to wait to finish. I go around and the kid is laughing which just pissed me off even further. So I went back through and got my car washed, but you can rest assure I will never go back there again. read more

For a place that power wash the vechile it is pretty good. I paid $10 for basic car wash and my car came out cleaned. Granted I had to wipe the interior and vacuum it by myself it's not bad. read more
