Andrew was very helpful and patient with me. We needed to replace a couple of exhaust fans in the bathroom, but I don't know the right brand and model to buy. Andrew did the research and found the exact model for me. To this old Retired Marine who served our great nation for 30 years in uniform, the first impression is a game-changer: IE, They showed up at the exact time quoted to start the job with all the tools required. Once the work commenced, they stayed on it until the job was completed. Even though these were young men, they weren't up there jacking around on their phones; very little was being said. They were a smooth-sailing team. They didn't just toss this colossal piece of furniture into the wall and bolted out; they showed me how to operate it safely. Lastly, the work site was left clean and intact. All rubbish from the packing materials was staged neatly in the garage. I just moved and have a sliding door to my patio where the garage access is, but the sliding door doesn't lock from the outside, so I bought a set off Amazon to replace it with. While trying to get it on the screws wouldn't fully go in and began to strip. I then bought extractor bits for stripped screws from both Home Depot and Amazon with zero luck. Frustrated at this point with it I knew anything else I'd try would just make it worse and I needed to find someone more qualified to extract the stripped screws without making it worse. I went to Yelp and requested quotes. Andrew got back to me right away with a great price and had an opening later that day. With far more patience than I had for it he successfully got the stripped screws out and got the new handle with lock properly installed. A few days prior I had opened that sliding door with the screen closed and my dog didn't realize and walked right into the screen and tore it. Andrew also fixed the screen better than it was before. I was very impressed by Andrei's professionalism and his helper's Arman (not sure of a spelling?) mad assembly skills. Arman brought his handyman bag, neatly organized with all the tools he may need. I sent several inquiries to other contractors, and Andrei was by far the most reasonable in pricing, and the best in responding. He quickly organized an assembly to be done the same day and on a holiday. He sent Arman within an hour, who was capable, very polite and efficient to assemble very successfully several pieces of furniture (with confusing instructions from the manufacturer) - and with a smile. It was a two-persons job but Arman was able to do it all by himself! In addition, Arman was very neat and organized, and cleaned after he finished the assembly.
