They arrived on time (7:30am on a Saturday--incredibly convenient for us, as weekdays are difficult). The whole service was completed in around an hours time, with the majority of time used for setup, cleaning and moving supplies in & out of the house. Their first goal was to ensure everything in the surrounding area was covered--they laid down a plastic tarp for anything in danger of cement splash, and covered fixtures like light switches. I stepped outside for a while and was surprised to see the walls fully patched when I returned. They matched the "orange-peel" wall texture and explained that the wall would need 24 hours to dry before painting (we did not request painting services). They swept and mopped, leaving the area cleaner than when they arrived. Furthermore, the value for his service is unbeatable---another vendor quoted me 5X higher than Raul's price-- which in reflection does not seem like it would have been a fair price given how quickly Raul showed the job can get done and I am assured that final product (including clean home) is of the same (if not superior) quality as any other vendor.
