Andrei and partner arrived to my home as scheduled to help resolve a poor incorrect past tv wall mounting by removing old mount parts and then installing new kit I purchased from Costco. They quickly and perfectly mounted the tv to the wall. Then I asked them if they could look at my backyard lights that malfunctioned, and they quickly solved the outdoor outlet needed reset to make all the backyard lights to turn on again. Then I asked them if they would install for me a new motion senor security light I purchased long ago to replace a lousy DIY light I made on the side of house near gate. Quick Help gave me one of the best estimates and was able to schedule the work expediently. There was a little miscommunication on their end about who to call when the technician arrived on site (I had given instructions to call my tenant for access but he called me instead), but this was a minor issue. I'm only giving this business two stars because they refunded our money. The service extended none. They sent over someone who was not a professional Tv installer and did not give us what we asked for. They sent to specialize in handymen but that didn't work out so well for our new TV install. It was way too high, crooked, stuck way out from the wall, the cords were just thrown in the back and when he made an adjustment to it to make it more level and then left it unplugged in the wall so the Tv wasn't even working when he left. It was a horrible experience but they did refund my money, which we used on hiring a real professional who undid all the damage and lowered the TV to where we wanted it. read more
